Wonderful experience as a new patient
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the dentist was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity.
The whole team worked seamlessly in a manner that put me at ease and were very focused on taking care of my teeth. Any physical discomfort was minimal.

I had a mummy makeover which is several procedures done during one surgery session.
The surgeon is fabulous! He listened to me, gave me expert advice and spent time explaining the procedure and the different options that he could take. He answered my thousands of questions with ease and advised aftercare clearly, so I knew what I needed to do to recover properly. He performed an amazing job and I want to say a massive thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I stayed at the Hilton hotel Maslak it is beautiful and the hotel staff was amazing.

I paid for a transfer package and the driver was very kind and informative. The driver picked me up from the airport and took me to my hotel. Very private and overly spacious. After my operation the driver also took me to the hotel and later to my appointments.
The aftercare was fantastic! "The treatment went very smooth, with no much bruises or any complications. Minimum pain and relatively short recovery period.

Moreover, Istanbul is one of my favorite cities, so it is nice to combine your treatment with pleasure of sanding time in there!

Breast Reduction surgery

I have recently had a breast reduction surgery with the company Lidssen Health.
I was suffering from too large breasts that had a very bad impact on my neck, back and shoulders.

Before flying to Turkey, I was anxious and nervous about the procedure and process of flying to a different country but Laura was an amazing point of contact through the process when I was in Turkey.
Everything was well organized and Laura ensured we were always prepared and aware of appointments and she answered all questions promptly.
My surgery was done perfectly. My surgeon was informative before the surgery and answered any questions I had. He made me feel comfortable and at ease with the surgery which was amazing and the best service I could of asked for!

Een super goede ervaring met Lidssen Health

Ik heb een week geleden een buikwandcorrectie gehad bij Lidssen Health. Ik ben van België naar Turkije gegaan alles was door mijn begeleider Laura van tevoren goed geregeld.

Eenmaal aangekomen in Turkije wordt je netjes opgewacht op het vliegveld en naar je hotel gebracht. Wij verbleven in het Veyron hotel. Prima hotel, geen luxe maar echt meer dan prima voor een paar nachten om te slapen en herstellen. Ook alle transfers tussen vliegveld, kliniek, ziekenhuizen en hotel is goed georganiseerd.

Eenmaal aangekomen in het ziekenhuis heb ik kennis gemaakt met Laura. Ook zij is lief en zo rustig. Ze verteld stap voor stap wat er gaat gebeuren. Gelukkig Laura spreek een beetje nederlands omdat mijn Engels niet zo goed. Ik ben haar hier heel dankbaar.
Ook de verpleegsters in het ziekenhuis waren super lief en nuttig. Ze spreken geen engels, dus alles gaat met google translate.
Ik ben heer blij en tevreden met het resultaat, de dokter luister wat jou wens is en denkt met je mee.

Geloof me, ze nemen echt de tijd voor je. Ze pushen je niet tot iets en ze zijn gewoon eerlijk. Ze slepen je niet binnen voor het geld.

Kortom Lidssen Health is super professional met de beste service.

Mijn complimenten naar het team, had geen betere kliniek kunnen wensen.

Une très belle expérience

Je n'aurais jamais pensé pouvoir me faire opérer due à mon anxiété et surtout dans un autre pays. Mais cette expérience s’est très bien passe.

Dès que j'ai rencontré Laura, je me suis sentie à l'aise. Tout a été expliqué en détail et tout s'est passé si rapidement et facilement que je n'ai pas eu le temps de m'inquiéter.

Le suivi post-opératoire continu via WhatsApp aide également beaucoup. Je tiens également à dire que les infirmières de l'hôpital étaient si adorables qu'elles veillaient continuellement à ce que l'on s'occupe de moi. Le chirurgien est très sympa, il donne toutes les informations et il parle parfaitement l’anglais et a effectué un travail incroyable.

Tout ce dont je m'inquiétais auparavant semble tellement idiot maintenant et je recommande Lidssen Health à tout le monde.

Excellent service and very spot information

Since I contacted Lidssen Health the response was great, and I was given all the right information and all the right guidance and procedures to follow. When I arrive in Turkey my first contact was Laura, she was available from the beginning till the end and responded to all my questions very intensively and friendly. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured or perceived as annoying.

When I arrived in Istanbul, I was picked up by a VIP transfer car which was very clean and comfortable.
As I had no food in the flight, I was very hungry, and the driver bought me food on the way to the hotel that was very nice.

I stayed in Veyron Hotel. It is a 4-star Hotel, cheap, in a very nice area and a very great service.

At the hospital, there were a few tests to do before the surgery to check whether I was fit for the operation (blood tests, pcr test, electrocardiography, x-ray). Laura was always there with me to guide me with all tests. It is something impossible to do if you do not have someone speaking Turkish and English. The communication with the nurses was impossible they do not speak English but are very kind and with their constant availability you do not need more. I used few times Google translate with the nurses, and it was very fine like that.

On the surgery date, I had anxiety, but I felt better when I met the doctor who is a real specialist in his field, and you can tell that he wants to get the best out of you. He gave me all necessary information and answered to all my question. The communication was also not a problem with him.
I am extremely satisfied and I can't thank enough for hospitality I got received and treatment was great. Highly recommended.

Je tiens à souligner le sérieux de cette entreprise de tourisme médical et notamment le bon suivi de ma correspondante en français avec Laura qui a été le moteur pour prendre la décision de faire ce voyage en toute confiance.
J’étais très stressée au départ et je ne savais pas vraiment quelle agence choisir. J’ai été suivi du début à la fin par Laura qui m’a bien expliquée tous les détails : tant concernant l’opération que le voyage.
Je n'ai été en rien déçue le service de cette agence est au top. L'hôtel est tout proche de l’hôpital et le traitement s'est fait dans un climat de confiance tant sur l'infrastructure toute neuve qu’au niveau du personnel très dévoué. Le chauffeur vient vous prendre dès votre arrivé à l’aéroport et vous ramène à votre hôtel.

J’ai subi une opération de liposuccion et une abdominoplastie avec un résultat magnifique et pas cher. C'est un choix intelligent et j'enverrai très facilement toutes les personnes que je pourrais rencontrer et qui serait prête à faire cette démarche d'opération. Donc pour conclure je recommande cette clinique parce que j'en ai été très satisfaite.

Pour la troisième fois j’ai subi une une intervention d’implants capillaires et je dois dire qu’ici chez Lidssenhealth j’ai été pris en charge d’une manière exceptionnelle avec une efficacité exemplaire. Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe pour leurs professionnalisme. Je recommande hautement cet établissement qui vous donnera entière satisfaction. Sébastien de Belgique
