I don't know if its safe to call them a scam, but their software licenses never work and support takes forever to respond.

So if don't want to loose money, please go somewhere else. I know that they might bring someone from their team to tell how awesome their service is just to nullify this review but believe them at your own peril.

I have wasted money using their service but I dont want you loosing same especially if you can not afford it.

I placed an order 3 days ago. After 1 day, they started the license installation on our server. Unfortunately, they made a mistake during the process, and since then we have been unable to access our WHM server.

This is a serious issue, as we have live websites running on that server. Instead of helping to resolve the problem, their support team has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional.

Ticket responses are extremely short, robotic, and at times even rude. They show no real intention to help, and their communication is very poor. They even keep saying things like "Inshallah" in a spammy and inappropriate way for technical support.

I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects professional and reliable technical support. Very disappointed with the experience

I have been using their services for about 3 months and I cannot complain.
