DAVIS is the number one licence checking provider in the UK. Anyone that drives on company business needs their licence checked - regardless of how short or infrequent their journeys might be. Our licence checking solution provides instantaneous results direct from the DVLA ensuring your business is compliant. When employees drive their personal vehicles for work, employers are also responsible for checking the vehicle is roadworthy (taxed and MOT’d) and the driver is insured for business use. These essential checks can be automated through DAVIS, eliminating the need to physically check. How confident are you that your drivers are eligible to drive on company business? Are you carrying out checks frequently enough and adjusting the frequency of checks for the drivers that pose increased risk? The importance of checking an employee's eligibility to drive must not be under-estimated. Keeping on top of these checks can be laborious, admin heavy and may create unnecessary reliance on individuals having to manually check. DAVIS, from Licence Check, is an online system that enables you to perform real time and automatic driving licence checks, and vehicle compliance checks to help minimise occupational road risk, in accordance with Duty of Care obligations. DAVIS also offers Fleet management, Grey Fleet management, Driver Coaching and Driver Audits.

Superb for managing company drivers
DAVIS has always been great to use. Website is easy to navigate and it has never taken me long to get in touch with the team for any queries I have. Very friendly staff, in particular Janet who has been in touch with me on the phone in the past and kept me up to speed of new developments in the system and how it can benefit us! It is also handy that we get regular updates for any upcoming expiry's and alerts to drivers potential risks due to points. I would highly recommend using this service to any companies that have a fleet of drivers as the website has an easy layout for managing license checks. It is also great that they offer to email requests to drivers to add their information rather than doing the old school method of paper mandates (However you can do this also). I can't fault the company, they have great customer service and overall are very attentive to their users.

DAVIS Licence Check review
DAVIS is a fast, quick and easy system to use. We have been using this for our companies licence check process for a while now and it is by far the best program we have chosen. If there is any issues, contacting the customer services or key account manager is a pleasant experience and the problems are dealt with in a quick and efficient manager.
