Delivery is an absolute joke
Delivery is an absolute joke. Once you order it from them, they order from someone else. They get it delivered to themselves. And then delivered on to you. Temu would be quicker - Shambles

Thank you for your feedback, Ken. We understand that a long wait can be frustrating. Our extensive catalogue includes books sourced from different suppliers, so not every title is held in our own warehouse and some orders take longer to fulfil. We’re sorry the delivery experience did not meet your expectations.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. I ordered a book nearly a month ago for a trip I’m taking. The book arrived this afternoon and I leave tomorrow, so it was a wasted effort and money. The expected delivery date was way off!

We’re sorry your order arrived just before your departure, leaving you with so little time to enjoy the book. We understand how frustrating this must be after waiting nearly a month, particularly when you were counting on the estimated delivery date. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

I am a self confessed bibliophile .. the book felt like it was printed off a HP 591 series .. pages stuck , cheap feel off the paper.. not an original printed edition .

We're sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. The estimated delivery date displayed when your order was placed was 2–7 July, and your parcel was delivered on 6 July, within that timeframe. We understand that the time between placing an order and dispatch can sometimes feel long, particularly for books sourced from our suppliers, and we appreciate your feedback.
