I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this company to look elsewhere. My experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish, characterized by disgraceful customer service and complete disregard for safety.
​To begin with, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. When picking up the equipment, I was met with zero professionalism and an attitude that suggested my business was an inconvenience to them.
​The state of the equipment was unacceptable. The trailers were severely rusted and clearly lacked basic maintenance. To make matters worse, I was handed a trailer with deflated tires, which is a major safety hazard and completely negligent on their part.
​The equipment issues ultimately led to a breakdown on the road. Not only did I have to pay out of pocket for towing costs, but the delay directly caused me to miss out on valuable business opportunities. When I brought these serious issues to their attention, they refused to take responsibility or offer proper support.
​This company is unreliable, unsafe, and displays zero accountability for the financial loss and disruption they cause paying customers. Save yourself the headache and your money—do not rent from them.

I own a few trailers and i can tell when i see a quality built trailer at a good price.

The staff was extrremely friendly and very professional. The Staff and Company was overly fair and reasonable in the whole transaction. Very pleased and would strongly recommend purchasing any of your trailer needs from the Spencer, Indiana company -- Spencer Trailers.

Disappointed in trailer for what paid for it. Toolbox lid very hard to open. 2 zerks on lid were gone and 3rd one was barely hanging on. Had to tap threads on all 3 with new zerks. Tried to grease still wouldn’t take don’t think enough clearance in hinges or too much powder coat. There is a shake in trailer loaded and empty you can see it at gooseneck hitch. Not sure if axles out alignment or what but never noticed it on other goosenecks. Trailer does seem be built well but probably wouldn’t buy again without problems solved. Dealership turned in warranty and wanted me to bring it back to them but I’m 2 1/2 hours away and not going to do that

Well made quality trailer.

Overall the sale went good however I see the inside of my brand new trailer tool box area is rusted. The key to the lock had been left on the trailer causing it to rust into the locking patented hitch. I no longer can remove the lock.

Quality trailer great value for the money.

Had purchased a trailer and shortly after the trailer had manufacturer defects. They looked everything over and offered a Liberty trailer with better axles and frame. Has been working great ever since and plan to purchase more Liberty trailer’s to hall more equipment.

Defend and Protect.

Not only was this trailer built to last but the defend and protect system sold it to me!! Truly a game changer in piece of mind for securing a trailer.

After tons of research I chose Liberty for a several reasons. One being I wanted a I beam frame and the fact that they come standard with fork pockets made it much easier to decide. The other trailers I was looking at this was not available or an option with at least an additional $250.00. Liberty Trailers have Dexter axles and great warranty too. When I picked up my trailer, I was surprised to learn it also came standard with the Detach and Defend removable coupler!! This is another great addition to a great trailer.

The trailer is well made. However, the pin for the hitch came with only one key, and when I got the trailer home, it wasn't the right key. However, Liberty sent a new replacement pin right away, after I called the dealership. The warranty folks at Liberty sent me an email directing me to contact a complete different dealership. Cole at Triangle B (where I bought it) got it sorted out.
The trailer is awesome, I bought it based off a review by Kyle at Spicer Designs.

My first long haul (700 miles) with the 18ft equipment trailer went well. The trailer build quality is robust, stiff and it tracks perfectly. The rub rails provide additional strong tie down points and balancing a full load of various equipment was no problem. Overall, I feel this trailer will do everything I require of it very well.

Great trailer, very well made. When I picked the trailer up from Spencer Trailer, they had checked all the connections, lights and helped me attach it to my truck, they also went over the main functions especially the drop down ramp.

We're very happy with our new Liberty dump trailer. The trailer is well-built, pulls great, and the overall quality is exactly what we were looking for.
