Bought a Liberty Safe from Bass Pro Shops. No problems for 3 years then after moving the safe combination would no longer work. Called to get a resolve and they said since I moved it there is no warranty. Huh?! They recommended to use numbers close to the combination and see if that worked. It did not after 50 different similar number combinations. I would not recommend and will not be purchasing a Liberty safe ever again. Terrible customer service and company.

I bought a safe from Liberty Safe back in August. Carmona's is the delivery agent for them locally. My safe was intended to be delivered this past Friday, but, Carmona's dropped the safe while loading it and ruined it.
When they called, I said to just refund my money. Carmona's won't (can't?) because I bought it directly from Liberty. Liberty is now telling me that I need to work with Carmona's.
Not only has this been a totally substandard experience, no phone calls, no return calls about my inquiries, no information about ANYTHING from either company. But now I apparently have to go the route of posting 1 star reviews on every platform I can find for BOTH companies to get some of these lazy ass people to take care of the problem they created and refuse to take accountability for.

I would caution ANYONE from any purchase or delivery aspect from Carmona's. They absolutely like to just pass the buck on their failings and won't actually take care of a customer service issue. You've been warned.

The Lifetime Warranty is a LIE! It's not all made in America either! It's made somewhere with Chinese or foreign parts. The hinges and door frame gave out causing the door to drop down after opening. Now the door wont close completely for locking.
I contacted customer service. Now they are saying that I took the door off, which I did not do.
When you call customer service, a person does not answer the phone. You have to get in the cue for a call back. After one call back they don't call you back anymore. Now I know why they are hiding out in Payson. Ut., with no consumer laws or rules!
If you buy a safe, avoid Liberty Safe!

Worst safe I ever owned and customer service is shockingly even worse than that. I would rather hide under my bed than buy a Liberty Unsafe.

Avoid at all costs. Not trustworthy. Would sell you out to the fbi without any evidence or reason. They aren't here to help you, just to take your money, buy elsewhere.

They gave out their factory master code to the FBI over the phone. No warrant or subpoena. The factory master code could be in the hands of anyone. These safes are NOT secure.
