I ordered a lehenga from them, it was great service honestly. They delivered 15 days before the agreed date, the measurements were followed exactly. Before shipping out, I got a full video of my outfit just to see if I wanted any changes to be made. They were very responsive on chat and did not take more than a few hours to reply. There is only one downside if you are sending custom measurements, and you haven't been specific enough, instead of reaching out to you and asking for what they need to stitch it exactly, they just assume. It is very easy to fix though or rather avoid, if you can be as thorough with your measurements as possible initially, they will stitch it perfectly. Just make sure you include everything in your measurements from arm length, wrist hole, where you want the cinch of the waist to sit, everything. They are great at following instructions. For my lehenga, everything was perfect, just for the bottom, the hook wasn't stitched on properly so it's sticking out and might break but it's still an easy fix. I think they did a great job overall. My sisters ordered from here too and they had good experiences! :)

I was so unsure about what size I should order and only had one week till my sisters wedding so I had to make sure I order the right size and the customer service they provided was great, I communicated my concerns I could possibly have with the sizing and they guided me to which will fit me best, I managed to order the correct size with their help and the dress is unbelievably beautiful, they delivered so quickly, the dress was here within a week of ordering it. The quality and the work on the dress is unbelievable and I am soo happy with the service provided.

I sent a message with a query, got a fast response, when I confirmed i ordered my dress, it arrived the following week, before Eid, super impressed, Jazakallah.

Received my dress for eid ul fitr and it came just in time for my eid. The dress is beautiful and customer service is very responsive and co-operative. Overall a great place to shop. I will buy from here again.

No reply from customer service - had to check if a suit would be delivered before x date and sent a message on Monday, still no reply. Went ahead and ordered, then they cancelled it. It would’ve been so much easier from both myself and the company if they popped a message about the availability

Thank you for all the help from Libasekhas. They have been great, especially when messaging through Whatsapp. Any queries i had were responded almost immediately and they have been honest and upfront regarding any changes. There was a lace on the suit i was not happy with and they changed it, by buying another. Also, the speed of ordering to customizing to delivering and receiving the outfit was very quick. Thanks again. I will be ordering again.

Placed an order for a dress I was able to customise it to my liking and the communication on WhatsApp was so prompt. From choosing the dress to specifying the requirements, I was assisted throughout the process. The WhatsApp customer service made it feel very personal and made me feel at ease. Absolutely amazing communication and workmanship!! I placed an order for a 1 week rush dress - they guided me through which outfit they recommended for the function, custom measurements, and even checked on the shipping details to make sure it would arrive on time.

The stitching was done SO well!! I have ordered custom stitched dresses from PK retailers for over a decade and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had!! They made note of small details like the sleeves, the length, and the conservative fitting of the top.

Super appreciate the clear communication on WhatsApp and prompt responses. I would HIGHLY recommend and will definitely shop here again!!!

Recently order a dress for Reception, really loved it. It was gorgeous and extremely happy with how it turned out. And then I actually changed my plan of having another one for wedding. Order the second one becoz the first one was soo impressive.

Stay away. The store does not highlight which products are made to order. After receiving the item you will be left appalled at tailoring work. It is by far the worst tailoring I have found with any pakistani store.

The stitching is quite possibly worse than a GSCE fashion students work.

No overlocking, heaps of fabric left inside without being cut - the overal fit is the worst you could imagine.

In total my outfit cost me £200+ and the store are refusing to accept a return and refund. They are claiming it is bespoke despite it being written no where on the listing page or the order page that it is a made to order item.

They will then respond with emails quite evidently written up by ai.

Genuinely phenomenal service, which I wasn’t expecting after being disappointed by so many other businesses I’ve ordered Pakistani designerwear from. I needed a Suffuse outfit that was difficult to find in stock elsewhere - when I contacted libasekhas they responded immediately and confirmed it’s availablity, checked when I need it by and had it delivered from Pakistan to London within 4 days! Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish (just to put into context I’m still waiting after 5 months for a suffuse outfit from another business). This shall now be my go to for any Pakistani designer outfits I need, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who has been in a similar position to me and doesn’t know who to trust.

This is the only place now I will shop and buy my Pakistani outfits. The customer service, communication here is absolutely brilliant.The team respond to you immediately and also inform you of the sizing, the fitting, the style of the outfit and if it’s available in stock and delivery times.
