We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience you experienced with your recent order. Your shipment was dispatched on 5th June and delivered on 17th June, which falls within our standard delivery window of 10–12 days after dispatch.

That said, we completely understand your concern and truly appreciate your feedback. We are already working closely with our logistics partners to speed up both production and delivery timelines, especially for shipments to Canada, so that future orders reach you much faster.

We’re also improving our customer service support system to make it easier for you to reach us anytime you have a question or concern.
