Absolutely negligible
Absolutely negligible. They assigned me a coach who seemed to be a hoarder working out of her closet, she didn't offer me any help and tried to push me off to do the fewest possible 1:1 sessions. I've requested a new coach 3 times and have eventually had to pause my subscriptions because they're unwilling to respond to me. I haven't had to apply for a job in 14 years and I'm not getting the support I need. Use LHH if you want to be abandoned.

Worse than bad, creates rabbit hole to waste your time and destroy your attitude
Nothing works. The AI resume tool worked worse than any of free LLM Gen-AI boys. The first event I signed up for, the instructor was MIA, did not know of the event until I informed her, and started the program 30 minute late. The job search function does not even allow me to enter my first five job choices even though they are fairly generic titles. The job suggestions on the home page all pay less than 20 percent of what I was making, they are on the wrong continent, and wrong field. And on the last two, I confirmed several times that I entered the correct information over and over again. And I am weeks into it after reporting these problems.
If I had it to over again, I would have asked for the money to retain my own help so there would be some accountability.
I am close to giving up on LHH even though it free to me because it has been a net negative.
I am being very fair and patient because I wanted to make this work. Please don't make my mistakes.

Très déçu…. Au début mon contact chez eux était plutôt actifs. Des entretiens avec 2 de leurs clients devaient se faire, mais silence radio depuis un mois… mon correspondant ne répond ni aux appels ni aux mails…..

LHH’s coaching… and transition services
I personally paid for LHH’s coaching and found it to be of little value.
The program overpromised and underdelivered. Coaching was superficial (e.g., resume layout changes), and one coach openly admitted she didn’t know how to help me. After I paused and secured an interview on my own within four weeks, I was reassigned to a new coach who gave contradictory advice and attempted to take credit for my progress.
I paid for an extended program based on a promised post-hire transition. LHH tried to close my case early; sessions were reinstated only after I pushed back, then became sporadic due to repeated coach unavailability. I am still owed two sessions and have received no response to four emails over two months.
The alumni benefits are generic and widely available at no cost elsewhere.
In my view, LHH offers a polished corporate front but lacks substance—especially for individual clients paying out of pocket. I cannot recommend it.

J’ai candidaté plusieurs fois auprès de leur cabinet de recrutement à chaque fois, vous recevez une réponse négative le lendemain de votre candidature, il n’y a qu’une rare, exception ou quelqu’un m’a demandé des lettres de recommandations, donc j’ai dû courir partout auprès de mes anciens employeurs pour des lettres de recommandation, une fois envoyées, l’annonce avait disparue, plus de son plus d’image, c’est franchement un cabinet fantôme, et je regrette que des employeurs fassent appel à leurs services parce que c’est vraiment du grand n’importe quoi.

Unprofessional
Had a meeting scheduled with Tracy Isch regarding a job for which I was HIGHLY competent in meeting the employer's needs, with over 21 years' experience in this field/construction. She contacted me to schedule an online interview and never contacted me at our scheduled time. I tried 3 times to contact her and never received a response. I tried contacting her manager, Doloras/Doris, twice and never heard back from her either. I found that to be very unprofessional. If you are a company seeking a recruiting firm, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. They are not providing you with the best that you deserve. If you are a job seeker, I recommend the same. You are on hold for multiple minutes and then told to leave a message, which is never returned.

Un cabinet de plus pas différent des autres
Comme tous les grands cabinets on propose des postes pour passer une entretien pour être intégré dans la base de données des candidats pour que eux puissent se vendre a leur client pour remporter des offres de marché entreprise grâce à leur vivier des candidats. Encore un cabinet de recrutement qui ne sert pas à grand chose.

Une étoile c est encore de trop
Une étoile c est encore de trop, en un mot c est nul, creux, vide, aucun sérieux, aucun suivi, le conseiller remplissait un tableau à chaque RV en présentiel me posant toujours la même question avez vous signé pour le dernier rendez vous comme si c était le plus important il me donnait RV au téléphone à 14h30 à 15 h toujours pas d'appel pour finalement m appeler avec 40 minutes de retard et il laissait un message comme quoi il n avait pas de connection pour appeler !!!!!! Bizarrement c était toujours le vendredi !!! donc je ne répondais pas j ai une vie privée il ne m a jamais proposé de place dans l esthétique mais dans des usines n importe quoi d ailleurs il ne savait même pas ce que c était une esthéticienne il a commencé à me parler de podologue rien à voir je lui ai donc expliqué la différence dernièrement il est parti à la retraite et remplacé par une de ses collègue qui me dit je ne peux rien faire pour vous car on arrive à
la fin de la prestation et dire que France travail paye ces gens là

Invitation à la réunion replanifiée plusieurs fois non réalisé par Mme Solene Courbevoie / Paris La Défense
J’ai eu une expérience décevante avec l’agence LHH. Après avoir été contacté pour un entretien en visioconférence, celui-ci a été reporté à plusieurs reprises avant d’être finalement annulé, sans communication claire. J’ai ensuite appris que le poste avait été pourvu dès le matin, sans en avoir été informé.
Ce manque de transparence et de professionnalisme est regrettable, surtout pour des candidats qui prennent ces démarches très au sérieux.C’était un manque de respect énorme envers les personnes qui cherchaient du travail.

You write a job description demanding that applicants speak American English only. There is no much difference between British English and American English apart from the accent and a few words. This is very discriminatory. I am African and I have been to several US states.

Crap service
Crap service, don't reply to emails. You aren't interested in the individual. I asked you to review my CV, you put it through AI, lazy! It was all wrong, made no sense at all. Then just kept saying we've reviewed it. Lazy! You only provide courses and sessions that are targeted at people at lower grades not executives, you are just money making and not really sympathetic to the cause. Rubbish.
