I purchased the Ariel Tote Loungefly, rather than just stuffing it in a box that’s too small, they build a double box, big enough to avoid damaging or creasing my bag. Not a lot of companies do this and I end up with creases on my bags. Not with LF Lovers though! I’m so glad they take the extra time and care to ensure that it was delivered to me in excellent order! They understand!!!

My husband knows I am obsessed with Loungefly so decided as a Valentines present to purchase me both a backpack insert to make changing my bags more fuss free and the new stranger things cross body bag. Not only were the prices and the special offer fantastic prices but the communication was top tier - messages at every stage, sent out super fast and arrived within 4 days! I ordered a beautiful shiny bulbasaur backpack after eyeing him for months. Sadly the first one was stolen off my porch. However LF lovers customer service was super friendly. They are still waiting for the post office to give more information before they can refund me but the communication is very good.

I was really sad to learn I had purchased the last one as I still waned him. Luckily they found another one for me and listed him so I could buy it! I got the bag a few days later and it is beautiful! I am very happy with my purchase.

I’m hoping that I can get a refund for my stolen one too but Royal Mail take am age.

Must admit first time using these and they where fantastic, i Spent over £1000 at this place and got some really good bargains they where polite, helpful and nice people plus fast deliver too. if your looking for loungefly this is the place to go.
