This company is a scam. I am not sure if they are just collecting business and personal information. Beware, there phone numbers dont work and I am sure the email does not work as well. I have dealt with Safaa Joha which is the unprofessional and unresponsive supposed ERC rep I have ever spoken with, which leads me to believe they are doing this to collect information. They proposed buying our credit and spoke with a Benjamin Brissette, this company is not real I have also contacted the IRS to make sure our information is not used without our authorization. Stay clear of this company.

If you're seeking assistance with the Employee Retention Credit (ERC), I strongly advise against using this company. We engaged Leyton for a task they claim to be experts in, but the experience has been far from satisfactory. To ensure the accuracy of their work, I had to enlist the services of an accountant. Leyton's involvement seemed limited to reviewing documents and offering incomplete information until the accountant could validate their work. They do not assist with filing or completing the necessary paperwork for IRS submission. Once you've submitted the information, they provide no support in the event of IRS inquiries or issues—they merely convey the numbers you've provided.

Furthermore, once the submission is made, they transfer your file to their collections department, making the situation even more challenging to navigate. Regrettably, the collections department lacks knowledge about the work done or any meaningful assistance. They request authorization to obtain information regarding your refund, solely to determine their share when the IRS disburses the money. Their professionalism and courtesy are notably lacking, and they make it clear that you're obligated to pay their fee even if you don't receive an ERC refund.

Moreover, the phone number provided in their communications, 617-765-0676, directs callers to a message indicating unavailability in your calling area, strongly suggesting a reluctance to engage with customers. Nearly a year has passed, and Leyton has proven unable to assist with the refund, but they are relentless in their pursuit of payment. Despite numerous emails and conversations where I clearly stated that they would be paid once we received our funds, they have chosen to ignore this.

The team at Leyton exhibits a dangerously toxic approach and delivers subpar workmanship for the fees charged. Proceed with their services at your own risk.

This is for Leyton USA branch. I would seriously look at NOT doing this. This company lied to me to make the sale. This company told me I would have a check IN HAND from this credit. Not only did I not get a check, I had to PAY MORE TAXES. They do not tell you that when they 'increase your credits' it also increases your income therefore increasing how much you pay in taxes. It COST ME OVER $13,000. And they are unapologetic. They do not take responsiblity for lying to their customers. We are dentists not accountants and they feed on that. I would seriously run.
Whomever is in the Leyton UK, please forward this to the USA branch. For whatever reason, I could not find the reviews section. How convenient for them. My complaint is dated 12/13/21.

Company was unable to provide real value, they found money in the r&d tax credit for us, but by the time everything was all said and done we had made no money. All of our money had been spent on consultants finding us r&d tax credits. Worthless and a waste of time. Find a different company that is more efficient.
