For those little tiny hands the Berry Doll is the perfect size to play with, chew on and explore with the added bonus option of unclipping Berry from the book and using as their first doll. This is a wonderful company with perfect dolls for babies and older children! I have purchased two personalized dolls as gifts for our granddaughters. Our older one has hers already and I am excited to be giving the younger one her doll on her second birthday.

Very poor service and never actually received the item but when questioning them I was just getting ignored and told completely different story. I wouldn't believe how dismissive they were. 3 weeks later still no doll or refund receive. Wouldn’t recommend!!!?

Frustrated and dissatisfied
Frustrated and dissatisfied, requested a refund after waiting 11 days without shipping notification. To date, have received 2 different tracking numbers for one order. Order is still in China. Customer service is poor at best. My strongest recommendation is, DON'T!!!

Une déception ++
Je donne une étoile puisqu'il faut en mettre une pour laisser un avis. Nous avons commandés plusieurs poupée pour nos enfants sauf que le colis a été apparemment livré sauf que nous en l'avons jamais eu. Nous avons fait le tour des voisins, des points relais, des bureau de poste, rien. En contactant le site, ils nous disent de contacter l'entreprise de livraison en nous donnant un contact erroné, et nous dise que si nous dépassons le délais, ils ne seront plus responsable. Sauf que la réponse est longue et le temps passe et toujours pas de poupée. Grosse déception.

Great experience and product
I really wanted to get a doll for my new granddaughter as a Christmas gift, but her name was longer than the advertised allowance of space. I reached out to the company and they wrote right back to me explaining they would try their best to accommodate me and they did! I just received the doll and her little bassinet set. It is perfect for my granddaughter to play with in her first few years, then I plan to get her a bigger doll. Overall, it only took less than 2 weeks from order date to my doorstep. That is not bad, and neither is the price for such good quality and personalized items. Overall it was a great experience with the company and product. When you go into their site and your account, it does give you a tracker for your item and they also send emails to keep you posted. Thank you to the Leyadoll staff for doing a great job all around!

I ordered several items for my first granddaughter and many were personalized beautifully. The dolls are absolutely adorable. The one that talks and has music is precious.

I have purchased three dolls, and I absolutely loved all of them. The first two were for newborn babies, and the last one, a Montessori doll, was a birthday gift for my six-year-old daughter. They are all beautiful and of excellent quality. I highly recommend them.

Website was easy to navigate, Princess Breeze was as beautiful and as soft as advertised. Shipping was a little longer than I expected, but it still arrived for my granddaughter’s first birthday.
