This dealership doesn’t value your privacy at all, employees here access the Lexus data base for their own personal reasons

My review is concerning how employees here at a dealership I’ve never been too, over 300 miles from My house are using the Lexus database to access my personal information and post it online

I guess I am not surprised that he didn’t reply, as soon as he saw what happened in my case he didn’t want to touch it with a 10 foot pole… didn’t realize I could be more frustrated with a dealership I’ve never been too

The manager who posted that I should call him back last week never returned my calls or texts … what a surprise

Lexus has some new advertising

Lexus has some new advertising, and the persons promoting are some Professional golfers and athletes and I’m quite sure the perks that they got a car free. It is easy to talk about a vehicle that you didn’t pay for, but when you pay for a vehicle and and it breaks down to no fault of your own, but to a flaw in the making model of the vehicle electronics. Then you find out that Lexus corporation does not stand behind their vehicles. This is the corporation not the dealership. Impersonally, hands-down, and I’ve been to many the best dealership that there is in Michigan is Harvey Lexus Of Grand Rapids they are tin star plus dealership and service center. But their hands are tied because they can only do what the corporation is willing to let them do.

I would give a zero if there was an option. Lexus Corporate is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have made 7 requests to speak to a supervisor and it has been a month with no call back. Buy from a Company that actually cares about their customers, trust me it is not Lexus. I would not buy another Lexus ever, this was my 5th Lexus and I can't even get a Manager to return my call. I never heard of a company were the Managers are always in " A Meeting" ....Buy American at least they appreciate your loyalty and business.

An amaizing experience

On entering the show room I was greeted warmly. IT was almost closing hour I told the assistand why I was thete. A few minuits a young man approach me. Confirm he could help my request. He make it happen. I walk away with a 2025 NX250 with the monthly payment I asked for. I am pleased I went JM Lexus Samlpe Road. Nicalous is a true people's person my whole family appreciate him for his honesty and knowledge of listening to his client. I am enjoying my car and will recommend Nicalous to anyone who like my car and want one.

I recently purchased a new LBX in murcia spain were we choose to retire the car is fine except for rear seat legroom but there are 2 of us 95% of the time so can live with it the sales man said he would order me a drivers handbook in English take about 4 weeks, 8 weeks later still waiting no reply s to emails or chatbox I know I can download the owners handbook but for me it's more convenient to read a paper version very disappointed with lexus service I expect a lot better from a prestige car company

Lexus peuvent garantir leurs véhicules d’occasions pendant 36 mois, après 3 mois d’expérience avec ma Lexus UX personne me donne de réponse chez Lexus service client. J’ai acheté mon véhicule il y a 3 mois, j’ai rencontré un litige avec la concession de Rouen. En résumé j’ai fait confiance les yeux fermés au garage mais la réponse de Lexus Rouen me convient pas. Du coup je téléphone au service client de chez Lexus France. Et la, 2 éme mésaventure. Depuis le 18 juin 2024, j’ai eu 3 personnes qui ont pris ma réclamation en considération (je répète 3 fois la même chose à chaque personne car je me demande si au service client quelqu’un a réellement enregistré quelque chose ….). J’ai l’impression d’avoir mon opérateur téléphonique au téléphone tellement la considération du client est prise au sérieux. J’ai fait confiance à la réputation de la qualité des Lexus les yeux fermés, mais malheureusement je ne pensais rencontrer autant de problèmes au bout de 3 mois et encore moins qu’on puisse laisser le client comme ça. Lexus m’a vendu 1 voiture, mais ça sera la première et la dernière.

Don't waste your money on a Lexus 250H.

I've just got rid of my Lexus 250H. It was 2 years old when I bought it and expensive to buy. The rear seats are next to useless as there is no room for adults if adults are sitting in the front seats. The shape of the rear seating area is claustrophobic given the incredibly high front seats. For what looks like a big car the boot is only just adequate. The touch pad control system is absolutely awful to use. It is almost impossible to control the cursor. The voice activated system is again useless. It won't recognise the simplest of instructions. The ride is sloppy and the car wallows along. I've lost £12k having been assured that it would hold its value. Good riddance.

Not trustworthy and thieves

I am entering my retirement years so finances are important to me. I was trying to make a decision whether to buy my leased vehicle as it is ending or buy a new one. I went to the dealers were I bought my cars(one each) and they were just interested in selling me a new vehicle for $300 a month more than give me the total cost needed to buy my lease. they made it difficult for me when I wanted to discuss my lease. The dealers and salesman are disgusting and unprofessional if you are not going to buy a new vehicle. They make you feel stupid and pressure you. I have bought and sold 10 cars so far and I come from a car industry family. Maybe it’s because the dealers have no inventory except for the premade crap that nobody wants. I’m not going to pay over $1000 a month for a vehicle! Besides I can get a BMW X3I m series for almost $400 a month less. I’ve been working with corporate customer loyalty department and they are turning out to be worthless like the dealerships. Forget Lexus they are just like the rest of the crooked car companies

Nx350H

Bought my nx350H in may at Bolton garage with in 2 months the battery when flat this was the start of 2 years trying to get it fixed (7 times I got locked out ) 7 times I called the AA and all of them told me the same thing that. It was not holding its charge after it first time i sent it back to the garage I was told that the battery was not under Lexus warranty by the service manager but he said that he would put a new one on . This was after the 4 time it let me and my wife down so I decided to take it to a different Lexus garage when I went to pick it up I was informed that they put a another battery in under the warranty from Lexus as they said to me they didn’t think a new one was fitted as I was told by the service manager. So after 2 years of me and my wife arguing over the car braking down it is still with the garage again

It would appear that Lexus Customer…

It would appear that Lexus Customer Support has sunk to a new low. Since purchasing the vehicle last August I have had problems with the Multimedia. Although each time it has been rectified, it does not stay to long without further problems. Today, I tried calling but received the message, that we no longer answer calls to this number. It then suggests I send an email, but response to this can take 21 days !!! Certainly would not consider buying another Lexus. They would most likely suggest I go to my nearest Lexus dealer but, that would be a 52 mile round trip. But, if it could be corrected by telephone instructed help, I would prefer that option first.

I love the car, but sales were not the smartest people

I love the car, but the sales people are not the smartest people.

I went in and bought a car and it took over a month for us to get our registration when they assured me they would be able to get it to us in a few weeks. My husband and I were freaking out because our tags that we bought from the dealership was going to expire. 2 days before they expired, we finally got the registration and they had to overnight it to us. For a dealership that is in the middle of Chicago, a very busy area, they sure had no clue what they were doing.

RX 450 H+ et défaut éelectronique

bonjour propriétaire d’un RX 450 H+ 2023 depuis Oct 2023 , je constate que alors l'autonomie résiduelle s'affiche à zéro , je ne peux mettre que 42 litres pour une capacité annoncée de 55 litres. Lexus n'arrive pas à régler le point et déclare que c'est je cite " normal". Est ce que d'autres personnes rencontrent le même problème ? je voudrais savoir si c'est un problème lié à mon véhicule ou un défaut connu de ce nouveau modèle , on n'en parle jamais dans les essais merci

Business class SUV

My father has recently bought a new LX 500D which si the latest redesign of my favorite LX 570, and I should say that it's home on wheels. You can literally live in it, because the number of amenities, comfortable seats, different functions like climate-control, retractable fridge, screens where you can run any kind of multimedia create such a comfort level which makes you feel like you are in the luxurious private jet.
I understand that this machine's price is quite high but it's justified on 100%. I wish I had a chance to buy this one on my own.
Driving it is a separate pleasure. So smooth amortization and awesome grip with the road completely ruin your imagination of contemporary off-road vehicles. It's a business class SUV.

SATISFAIT OU ARNAQUER

SATISFAIT OU ARNAQUER. Je confirme la baisse de professionnalisme. Je me sens arnaquer , maintenant je peux dire haut et fort que ce garage est à fuir ! 154€ pour un diagnostique de 20 minutes sans réparation car j’ai le poste multimédia qui ne fonctionne plus ! Mesdames, messieurs attention Lexus a une politique purement commercial zéro fidélisation. Ces garages partenaire lexus France sont ne respecte pas les gènes des japonais ! Sa reste de bonnes voitures mais ces garages sont à fuir !
Mise à jour : après avoir récupéré le devis pour réparation le gentil technicien m’a expliqué que le connecteur USB étais HS cause oxydation mais il a débrancher le connecteur du poste radio pour avoir la radio et caméra de recul jusqu’à au remplacement du connecteur. Je récupère le véhicule je fais un tour et rien ne fonctionne comme indiqué au moment de la remise du véhicule.
Donc conclusion MAUVAIS DIAGNOSTIC , 154€ parti dans le vent! J’annule mon projet d’achat de la ES ! Jamais 👎
Au bout de 3 minutes je retourne il est midi, pas de réponse claire juste il faut changer la Pièce défectueuse. Ok mais la pièce défectueuse le technicien l’a débrancher et il m’a confirmé que la radio et la caméra de recul fonctionne, confirmation téléphonique et physique, et même après l’appel de la réceptionniste au technicien il confirme que radio et caméra de recul fonctionne !! Nooo ce n’es pas le cas !

4-month old car died

4-month old car died. no power at all. Called Roadside assistance. Told a tow truck would arrive in 90 minutes. After 2 hours tried to call and check status. on hold for over 30 minutes. Disconnected. Truck arrived but with no dollies even tho this was specifically discussed on the initial call. Had to call Lexus again. Reached person. Hung up on me. Now waiting 5 hours. Finally reached person who had me on the call while she checked with dispatch as they've had "company-wide" problems today. Cannot tell me when a truck will arrive with correct equipment.

Top-tier global car brand

I have all the respect towards both Toyota and Lexus. This is a car brand that will serve you for many years if only you will treat it right.
And Lexus cars are on the same level as the German manufacturers interior-wise.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!. Apparently if you live on the coast you will likely develop rust on the undercarriage & brakes of your 2 year old Lexus which conveniently for Lexus comes under "Environmental damage" & is not covered under warranty. We have lived in this location for 45 years and have never had a problem with rust on any of our vehicles. We have an 18 year old Holden Rodeo ute with less rust on it than our 2 year old Lexus.

Reneged on buying back my RX…

Reneged on buying back my RX ....supplied by then previously. Economical with the truth and couldn't be bothered to reply to my phone calls. Apparently they aren't buying any cars at the moment! Having been a loyal Lexus customer , purchasing two new cars from them and recommending colleagues to purchase, I was treated with contempt. I believe this was due to a poor review I gave them a year ago on the service department. Very sad. Notable individuals who were less than honest with me or failed to return calls ...Ryan and Dean. I must say the outstanding employee there is Lisa. Lisa you deserve better than this from your so called colleagues.

Lexus - Hard to own any other car after these

Since 2008 I have been lucky enough to own 4 different Lexus models. IS200, IS250, RX270 and RX450H… I have had nothing but pleasure with my experience in all of these. Such a reliable, luxurious and affordable car.

Won’t be transitioning over to any other brand any time soon.
