I recently engaged Lewken to install a new combi boiler and radiator system in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The installation was completed to a high standard.

It's refreshing to find tradespeople who respect your time and are as communicative as Jamie. He clearly prioritizes meeting his clients' needs, tailoring his services to ensure complete satisfaction.

Ivan also offered me valuable advice for my installation. He took the time to explain different options, helping me choose the best system for my needs and budget.

I was particularly impressed that they let me choose my own radiators, giving me the flexibility to select the style and design that suited my home, while ensuring everything worked perfectly with the new boiler.

In terms of pricing, they offered a competitive rate that was transparent with no hidden costs.

Overall, I highly recommend Jamie and Ben for any plumbing work. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.

We've just upgraded from an extremely old cast iron boiler in our kitchen to a new combi boiler upstairs in our airing cupboard, which took two days.
This meant changing the gas pipe size and rerouting it, getting rid of the tank in the loft and the hot water cylinder.
I was secretly dreading the upheaval but need not of worried. We made the right choice. Professional, polite, respectful of property. A job well done and always ready to answer my questions. Thank you.

Ivan who came to do the survey, very thorough and very friendly no heavy pressure tactics. Ben who came to install the new combi and remove the old boiler was very professional, superb job explained everything that was happening. Lyndsey who organised the install was friendly and kept me informed. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the new boiler and would have no hesitation in recommending Lewken. Great job guys.

Great service from start to the end. Clear quote, in line with my expectations, followed by an efficient install by Alex over a couple of days. All done as per quote and very cleanly. This was a vented system boiler replaced with a new combi boiler. Would definitely recommend

We were having an upgrade from a freestanding boiler to a full combi and from the first visit to assess the site by Jamie and going on his advice we now have a first class heating/hot water system. From speaking with Jamie who talked me through a new boiler to Ben fitting it everything went without a hitch and both were polite and friendly.job done within 6 hours tidied up and showed how every thing worked well done lads.

From the initial introduction by Boiler Guide through to the Engineer's visit the experience has been great. Jamie the surveyor arrived exactly as arranged and gave us a very reasonable quote, discussing in detail the whole process. His engineer Branden came to fit the Vaillant boiler and Hive system to our total satisfaction. A professional and affable company to deal with. We are also going to use them for the annual servce.

Nice group men. Came and give me a quote. I accepted it. In and out, in one day. Complete new boiler installation. Left the place clean and tidy.

After my boiler broke down and was unrepairable,l got some quotes from various companies. Lewken plumbing and heating gave a very competitive quote with excellent advice,and a good after care package.
Two days later my new boiler was fitted with no problems.
