No replies from any emails and several Telegram messages completely ignored.

I cant even login to the Levelssocial website linked to this trustpilot page as it say no account exists, yet I can log in to levelsFX, so its evident you are trading under various names as you have checked my account via levels social and replied here.

You can reach out to me to guide me on how to withdraw if you insist I'm doing it wrong?

"Levels FX replied to my review claiming I never made a request and that my money is 'actively being traded.' The truth is they have locked my dashboard so I cannot stop the trading. My portal explicitly shows 2,118.02 GBP trapped in MT5 Social Trading, and the system shows a red error locking me out: 'Unfortunately, you cannot log into the CopyTrading system. Please contact your manager.' They are intentionally holding my funds hostage."

I have been unable to Withdraw funds since March 2026 to date of writing this review.

I tried international bank transfer option 3 times, they just sit there in the open requests section, under status registered.

I have tried contacting their Support via web browser, telegram and several email addresses they provide in various marketing emails. They never ever replied to date, so they are just sat holding my money.

Looking at the reviews, I am not the only one experiencing this, and please be aware, some reviews state they also operate under other brands too such as LevelsFX etc, even a Google search returns they shut down previous sites due to negative reviews and operate under slight different brand names,

For quite some time now, we have been unable to request withdrawals because the withdrawal button is missing from our portal. We reported this to support, and they told us it was a technical issue. Since then, we have received no further response to any of our follow-up questions about when it will be resolved.

There is currently $129,000 in our account that we are unable to withdraw.

Please do not deposit any funds here. You genuinely risk losing access to your money because they are refusing to process withdrawals.

Ik ben dankbaar dat ik dit heb mogen ontdekken. Dit is een heel goed platform als je op zoek bent naar mogelijkheden om te investeren 🙏 is zeker een aanrader!

I was skeptical to start it because there are a lot of brokers/providers that promise things. Entered because a friend recommended it, he knows the owner. It's the only platform that earned my trust, good customer service and total transparancy, that's what I missed with others. 10/10.

I've been waiting for 2 months and they haven't processed my money. They're holding the money hostage. I was in a PAMM for a year, the manager did a decent job but I was ready to try something different. The manager approved the withdrawal and then I put in a broker request for Levels to approve. They didn't approve it. They ignore the emails, they ignore the chats, they're holding my money. Look at the other bad reviews, those are just like fxlvls and levelsfunding... DO NOT DEPOSIT!
