Very bad experience. Please don’t buy anything from this website. Poor quality products and false description in the website. I wasted money. I would not recommend this site. Please stay away from this.

I want to warn other customers urgently. The shoes I received were extremely poor quality: a strong chemical smell, hard plastic material, and overall very cheap workmanship.
The biggest issue:
Returns must be sent to China at your own expense, even though the shop appears to operate from within the EU. The return process is expensive, complicated, and many customers report that they never received a refund even after returning the items.
Customer service mostly sends automated messages and provides almost no real support or solutions.
Please be careful and avoid ordering from this shop. There are many safer and more reliable stores with transparent return policies and proper customer service.

I ordered flip-flops advertised with a height of up to 5 cm – that is a lie, the product does not match the description at all. The quality is terrible, basically ready to be thrown in the trash. When I demanded a full refund, I was accused of “blackmail”! This is deeply unprofessional and completely unacceptable. On top of that, they expect me to pay return costs for their misrepresented product. Stay far away from this company.
Scam company. Order not processed properly. Had to email them. Ordered size 7. Received size 11! Avoid
