I have used this company four times now both for selling a property and renting and their success rate and customer service are ‘amazing . They keep you informed all along the process , our sale property was sold within two months and our rental properties Let within TWO days. Millie and James are so professional. So pleased also recommended to a friend who sold her house with them after three weeks and which had previously been on the market for 10 months, they just get everything right in their marketing and recommendations.

I was worried at first when I was contacted by let's move home. I made an enquiry through Rightmove and it was sent to 5 other agents. None of the others bothered calling back. Let's move home called within 20 minutes of the request. Came out 24 hours later. I was happy with the deal they offered. They took photos there and then. The property was advertised that evening on Rightmove and zoopla. The next day I got a call from Hannah. She arranged a viwing. They came to see the house and offered the asking price!
Not sure if I was just lucky but these guys are really trying to make an effort to impress. It certainly impressed me.
I don't normally bother with reviews but these guys deserve a pat on the back.

Well Letsmovehome.com have really exceeded my expectations - I paid them £395 and they sold my house in less than a week. Photos were excellent and Hannah gave me regular feedback - i would have expected a lesser service for such a cheap price but no they were TREMENDOUS! Thanks LETSMOVEHOME!!

I was struggling to rent out my apartment with numerous letting agency's who where just after money for them. Decided to move to letsmovehome.com and within 24 hours I had 6 viewings with one desperately wanting to view. The rest is history! Not only was it a professional and friendly service it's was a fast turn around.

Professional, honest company.

I first contacted Let's Move Home in March when I was going to sell my property. I was visited and given a valuation but had 7 other agents to see and work to still do on the property. LMH called every few weeks to check on progress but were never pushy or overbearing. In the end we decided to let the property so Hannah sent us the details of the services available. Another well known agent quoted over £700 to find and vet a tenant whereas it was £195 upfront with LMH. I thought I'd take a risk on a couple of hundred quid - I saw it as a risk as what was the incentive to let my property once they had been paid? I'm pleased to say that there really was no risk involved. The day after the ad had been placed, I had 7 viewings and the property was let to the first applicants. LMH have sorted everything out and are still in touch to check how everything is going before the tenancy start date. Their service has been first class and the excellent photography of the house made me think, 'Wow, I'd like to live there!' as it looked like a show home. I can now see that their motivation to provide an excellent service is to further expand the business and the fees are unbeatable! Give them a try - what have you got to lose?
