Disappointed in the customer service…

Disappointed in the customer service help to resolve an issue with verification so I can do a withdraw. I keep getting the run around to prove I made a payment. I didn't play a bonus to get this win. I'm about to file a complaint with the BBB and whoever else I need to regarding my ongoing issues. I think they simply don't want to pay cause it's a large amount.
Your portal will not and has not excepted my documents of proof of deposit. It will not upload and continues to indicate to resubmit. Your chat customer support is of no help and I've emailed you support team several of times for it to be resolved. I've requested I can email the information and still no response. I feel because I have a large amount that I won from my deposit, your casino simply doesn't want to pay it out and hope I continue to play it off like I have been. That's not fair to your customer
Update to last response ... Again I am being asked to upload the information on your portal and again I am receiving the same message to resubmit. I have sent screenshots to the support team to forward to your experience team. I hope this will finalize my verification.
