It was a huge surprise for me to see this rating here. Let's Book Travel is always there for me, and I need to travel twice per month, so I have used their services hundreds of times. Top professionals with excellent customer support.
Bait and switch agency booked 2 tickets from oakland to cabo thru them on southwest for 250 per person including taxes total price 500 received an email saying it was not complete I had to call customer service btw everyone has the same last name of finch Lenny finch jason finch and Jon finch but all have heavy Eastern accents. Was told the flights meant no bags and I could not purchase baggage at airport or online after and I said fine then was told the tickets were not available at that rate but tickets were available at 499 per person with bags. Stay far far away if it's too good to be true then it's most likely not.
Let's Book Travel handled our whole 14 day trip to Greece including Athens, Santorini, Ios, Milos and Serifos. Can not say enough good things about the service we received and the exceptional value for everything. From the airport transfers, ferries between islands, volcano, Akrotiri and wine tours in Santorini, ALL of our accommodations, Acropolis Museum & Parthenon tour, Cape Sounion . . . they were fabulous and very responsive to all our requests. We worked with Niki and I would highly recommend her and Let's Book Travel. We will be back!!!!!
