The Bournemouth branch of Lester-Aldridge successfully sold our leasehold property despite the many unfathomable procedures that must be navigated for the sale of a flat. Michelle was our point of contact and she always communicated clearly and in good time and kept us up to date with progress. Additionally, the phone always got answered, and, if Michelle was busy, one of her colleagues was only too happy to help. Whatever hurdle the buyer’s solicitor put in the way, Michelle had a cost-effective and clear solution, and we are very grateful for her help. Despite many apparent setbacks during the sale process, Michelle always remained positive and reassuring. I wholeheartedly recommend Lester Aldridge for their professionalism, commitment, and in-depth knowledge of the ins and outs of conveyancing.

Poor communication from the person dealing with things.
Confusion and no clarity of what the issue was.
Unable to speak to the person as phone line issues and email issue's.
Despite writing to the partner dealing responsible asking for telephone conversation to sort out the issues.
Emails not able to send as issues with recipients email address.
Service poor, communication difficult, surprising for a firm that has excellent reviews.

Lester Aldridge was recommended to us by a family member and they did not disappoint. Rebecca Shaw looked after us and did a fantastic job and whilst she was on holiday Sarah Brown took over and also did a fantastic job. We also dealt with Regan Cooke who was brilliant too. Couldn’t fault the service, made purchasing a property a lot less stressful than it could have been!
