Had a dreadful experience with Lessnumbers.
Item never arrived.
After multiple promises to send tracking number, they never did.
Wasted much time and effort.
We had paid with PayPal.
We made a claim through PayPal; it took a little time, but PayPal came through with a refund.
I rate Lessnumbers as a zero; very happy that PayPal provided a refund.
The entire exercise took 2 months from purchase to refund.
Lessnumbers, shame on you!
Over the past 2 months I was having some issues receiving my orders on time through lessnumbers.com. I never had issues like that before. But I guess disruption was expected with the pandemic. Support staff were helpful and understanding, though.
Price is right so I'd still give them 5 stars regardless of the late shipments for I believe it's out of their hands.
4 stars for my order was late, otherwise an easy 5 out of 5. They claim it wasn't their fault, but the delivery company... and due to Covid-19 lockdown. However, price is really like really really good and free shipping which is a great saving for me. Will order again and hopefully this time I'll get my order on time.
