My order came quickly. I'm very satisfied with my order and the fit of my item. I did not object to pay for the delivery, it would have been nice it was free returns too.

Lesley Ashworth always has the most beautiful items in stock but if you can’t find your size or want a different colour, they do everything possible to get you exactly what you want.
I have never felt rushed if I’ve had difficulty choosing between their gorgeous items.
Would definitely recommend (especially for those ‘special occasion’ items.

Lesley made me feel very welcome in her shop. She was very easy to talk to, very professional and gave me sound advice on articles of clothing. Nothing was too much trouble. I rang the Solihull shop to ask about a red fascinator I had seen earlier that day but wasn’t sure about. As I wasn’t local the lady very kindly gave me the code for it & advised me about the online site. I ordered it & it arrived well packed & on time & im very happy with it.

Lesley was very helpful when I phoned to ask about her fascinators online. She asked me to send a photo of my mother of the groom dress to her to help with a colour match. She went out of her way to source a second one I had my eye on and sent them both asap to my home address in Edinburgh. Both were a perfect match and I was able to easily send back the one I didn't use. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely,helpful lady with a wonderful range of fascinators and hats. Would highly recommend her website.

I ordered a fascinator from this shop on Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday morning - really impressed with the fast delivery
The item itself is stunning and the colour is exactly as described online and in the photo- very pleased 😀 it’s very good quality and looks as expensive as any premium brand ones. The only comment I would make is the headband is quite small and is a bit tight on me - but maybe I’ve just got a big head 😆

The website was clear, there was a discount offer, ordering was quick and easy and delivery prompt. The bag I ordered was beautifully wrapped in tissue and arrived in good condition, I would buy from this company again.
