I ordered a bag and purse for my daughters birthday and missed the express collection for that day as I ordered late in the day,a lovely lady actually phoned me to let me know I’d missed it which I didn’t mind at all as I’d ordered late in the day,my order has arrived and I’m over the moon,beautifully packaged with some lovely little surprises in it,I’ll definitely be ordering again,makes such a change to have great customer service along with beautiful items,thankyou so much
