This review is for the customer service team or probably for the company itself. I paid for 2 days delivery, I got shipping confirmation quickly but the order was delivered in 10! days without any acceptable reason. I contacted the customer service and asked for the 2 days delivery fee refund. The reputable company would do it the same day, because it takes just few seconds to check the invoice and the tracking information. Instead they started investigating! And it takes a weeks already! They don’t rush to keep me updated, I keep remind them about my case every couple days. Why they don’t refund first for the service I didn’t receive from them and then investigate why this happened? Not professional and no respect to the customer.
