Basically, I never trusted companies based abroad/out of the UK.
My order 2609373427 was collected on 21/04/2026.
I am almost sure that this glasses was sent from outside of the UK, because the delivery took long time.
This Garbage company misleading customer. The pair of glasses I received it's never looks the same one shown on the lentiamo's website at all. The images look different in size of lenses and frame colour.
Lentiamo MUST make it clear that they are not in the UK but in the Czech.
I will never deal again with this unprofessional seller.

Ordered my first set of contacts and gotta say I absolutely love them. I was paying £35 a month from my previous opticians for contacts and get 3 months supply here for less. I had to take others out each night and replace in morning, I have small eyes and fat fingers so it wasn't easy 😂
From ordering to delivery can't fault, informed all way through of status and now I have them love the fact they are thinner and can't even notice them in eyes unlike thicker ones I use to use, absolutely love the fact I can go to sleep with them, massive relief and main reason I ordered.. I use monofocal so reading right eye and distance left eye and the brain works out the details in seeing.
Very happy with finding this company and have subscribed for them to be sent automatically every 3 months, another great feature and the Web sites so easy a child could use it.
Not often we see companies that deliver above expectations who've crossed all the t's and dotted the i's

purchased recently gucci sunglasses for awesome price, they fit me well, although I always hesitate blindly purchasing stuff like sunglasses without trying, this sunglasses deffo staying in the house :)

Can't fault this company.
Easy to order, good price based on the anticipated delivery time which they delivered on completely.
A few places were slightly cheaper but their reviews were not good.

Lentiamo have, and continue to be, difficult in processing legitimate refunds. Goods are returned to them expecting a speedy refund process, but my experience has been a continually changing requirements that expect the customer to be satisfied with delaying refunds. 8 weeks now and counting with a refusal to provide any updates.

I have found Lentiamo to be deeply unprofessional and I would go as far as to call them prejudiced against any customer seeking a refund. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

My Gucci glasses arrived, sooner than was stated, so pleased with them. Lovely box, packed well.
Customer service, second to none, thank you Anna you were so helpful, truthful and honest, what more can you get from a company. Seriously would have given more stars 🌟 if possible.

Absolutely thrilled with my new glasses! Was a little doubtful at first at ordering my new glasses as the price compared to David Clulow was so much cheaper! However, my new Oliver Peoples glasses have just been delivered and they are amazing! They weren’t initially in stock but I was advised of the wait process. It only ended up being an extra day so that was brilliant. Highly recommend this company and I will use again.

Just wanted to give some praise for lentiamo, I have been a customer for around 6 months ish, I wasn't aware that when you shop you collect points too, I received my latest order today and I ordered the shopper bag with the smiley contact lenses on (I love it). Much better prices than other sites and fast delivery, I have never had an issue, really recommend, if you are needing to order contact lenses and want the fast and genuine brands, look no further, save your bonus points too, very pleased and will continue to stay with Lentiamo, Thank you x

My order was not delivered and it's taken over a month to get a refund so far, still not been received shocking customer service

I am delighted with Lentiamo customer support. Very easy ordering service and immediate confirmation of my order and delivery details. Arrived a day earlier than advised, which is rare! Sunglasses were very well packed and well protected. I would recommend and use again. These are a present and are hopefully as he requested, if not I am confident that customer service will look after me.

Lenses arrived 2 days after ordering. Company is from Czech Republic but dispatched within UK hence fast delivery.

Bought a pair of sunglasses with Lentiamo, had to return as there was a little problem with a screw. Sent back with a pre paid Royal Mail label that they provided me. Meanwhile the order never arrived to the warehouse (Royal Mail to investigated what happened) and the customer support was absolutely brilliant and quick to reply me back. They sent me a replacement pair without receiving the ones I sent back (lost by Royal Mail). Would definitely buy again from them and highly recommended it! 5 ⭐️ Star service!!

One of the best online opticians around - I recently bought a pair of Gucci sunglasses from them at a great price, and found the customer service from Anna and her team to be absolutely fantastic! My only criticism would be that I never received the gift that was advertised (a bag of sweets that was promised when paying directly with a credit card, rather than PayPal). However, taking into consideration just how attentive Anna was to my requirements (I was keen on a specific colour of case for the sunglasses, which was promptly acknowledged and delivered), I'm more than happy to recommend them without hesitation and give all of the Lentiamo team a well deserved 10/10. Thank you!

No issues at all, they kept me informed of a delay duue to stock issue and confirmed once sent, all within a week. Very happy, will use regularly from now.

The Sunglasses I purchased did not suit me, after contacting them and sending them a picture of the product. I returned the glasses.
They reimbursed my Pay Pal account.
Very good service, very good communication.

Scammer. They sold me Ray-Ban eyewear online and then went dark. Once the money was out from card, they stopped responding.

Have been using this company for a few years and have had no issues. They usually deliver within 2 days. However, the packaging they use is far too big and won't fit through the letter box, so if out at work. I have to rearrange delivery with Royal Mail (not easy). If the company was more considerate they could easily use packaging that fits through through letter box. For this reason I won't use them again.

They misled me to buy "Not fit for purpose" Lenjoy Night&Day contact lenses instead of my normal "excellent" Air Optex Night &Day contact lenses.
I complained and there customer service (I don't think so) bi-passed the concept of discussing my complaint and sent me an invoice to pay for the "Fantastic" Air Optex Night &Day which they would send to me when they have them back in stock.
