LenPick, besides Jesus, has been like a Savior to our church. They stuck by our side for over two years until we received funding. If you're reading this and on the fence about using LenPick let me tell you by all means, "Do It!" Before using LenPick, my church attempted to secure funding for a construction loan on our own and via another broker, only to find out that churches have a hard time securing construction loans; since we're a non-profit. Let me tell you LenPick stuck it out with us, and even when facing adversity they did not waiver.
