Grateful 10/10 Experience
I went to Premiere Nissan & Volkswagen in Harvey and had the best experience. Anthony was so kind and patient with me during the entire process making sure I got the best deal to walk off the lot in a 2026 Nissan Kicks! The Manager (sorry I forgot his name) was so helpful and made sure that ai knew I could come back to them if there was any issues with my car. I am so happy that I went to Premier Nissan & Volkswagen in Harvey to get my new car!!

Such a smooth process. At first I wasn’t fully committed on trading my vehicle but I got a really good deal on a new 2025 vehicle. Hyundai made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The representative from lendward is genuine and friendly.

Phenomenal Offer…
It was a very straightforward process and if it were not for the letter from Mayra we may never have gotten into a pre-owned 2023 Mazda CX5. Working with Moe and Hash at the dealership was a pleasure and we look forward to working with Lendward in the near future.

Lendward hacked my exsperian credit…
Lendward hacked my exsperian credit report to steal information about an existing car loan that I have lowered my exsperian credit score by 100pts and then sends me this pre-approved loan/refinance notice my scam senses are definitely tingling

We do not pull credit reports or have the ability to change credit scores. Our mailed offers are generated using legally obtained, compliant marketing data from reputable sources, similar to how many auto, insurance, and financial companies send prescreened offers.
A credit score cannot drop from a mailed offer or from speaking with our team. Score changes typically come from lender inquiries, account updates, or reporting activity from banks or dealerships — never from marketing mail.

Sent me a letter, I contacted them, get to the dealership and not only is Lendward not a finance option, they want me to put down money, not accept my trade and give me a car with over 99,000 miles. Overall experience was smooth
Overall experience at Cardinal Hyundai Glendora was smooth from start to finish with communication with John from Lendward and the staff and Hyundai. I was iffy about even going to my appt because I didn’t think I would get approved but I was happy I did 🥹 shoutout to Miriam who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and made sure my son was okay throughout the entire time. Javier and Art were also very helpful and the staff was all very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend. Very happy with my purchase

Great help
I got a letter that sent me to a dealership where they put me into a brand new 2025 Ford truck. In an email they also sent they had me get my credit score boosted by 16 points before I went to the dealership. Very happy with the great help that they have been.

Good Lender
They gave me a good deal versus the auto loan I had directly through a dealership. I was able to get me a newer car with a better price deal that what I was given at the dealership. If you go through the process correctly, they will give you a great deal!

Yes, it's too good to be true.
Got an unsolicited letter with big "too good to be true" promises. Decided to check it out and yep. Too good to be true. The dealership took the letter and completely ignored anything it said. They weren't interested in helping me and tried talking me in to doubling my car payment to get a new car.
Then Lendward followed up, asking how everything went. I told them it didn't and nothing had come of it. Haven't heard anything further. No idea what this company is other than a waste of time for me and the dealership.

In my opinion as a dealer I would Stay…
In my opinion as a dealer I would Stay far away from Lendward. They make big promises, guarantee sales results, and even claim you’ll get a 100% refund if they don’t deliver. Well, I used their services back in December 2023 — and guess what? They didn’t deliver, and I’m still fighting to get my money back almost two years later.
I first asked for my refund on March 7, 2024, followed up on July 26, 2024, and finally got an email from Frank Herman, their VP, on August 20, 2024 saying: “Working on it Mitch sir. I’ll be in contact this week sir. Just need the owner here.” That was the last time I ever heard anything useful. I followed up again on June 11, 2025, and still nothing.
This company does NOT stand by their guarantees. They dodge, delay, and ignore you until you give up. Lendward took our money, never delivered results, and refuses to honor their refund policy. Absolute scam behavior.
