It looks like there may have been some confusion about our service.
Our platform is designed for lenders and financial institutions to manage their loan operations. We do not issue loans to borrowers.
Based on the information in your review, it appears you may have signed up for a lender account expecting to apply for a loan. Unfortunately our platform does not provide loans directly.
If you were trying to apply for a loan, you would need to contact a lending company rather than our software platform.
If you would like, feel free to reply with more details and we will try to point you in the right direction.

The product is well thought through for almost every use case. However, feedback from support sometimes takes days.
