Lendkey is Super Easy and User Friendly
I was referred by a friend to LendKey because she said that I would most likely save $50+ per month. She was right, and the process from start to finish was quick and easy. I would recommend LendKey to anyone looking to refinance their student loans.

Stay away from Lendkey
Stay away from Lendkey. They are dishonest and just take your money and trap you in the loan forever. They take advantage of young student. The Bible says the love of money is the root of all evil and this company is the definition of this. It's terrible.

My previous student loan holder had high interest rates, and my amount kept growing. When I switched to LendKey, I was able to take a breath of fresh air. pleasent working with lend key however i wish that the loan would be seen on my veridian account so i can see when its due from my phone app instead of trying to figure out a time to get on the computer and look at it

Really Pleased with My Years with LendKey
I’ve been with LendKey for quite a while now (cumulatively). I’ve refinanced my private student loan several times over the past five years and LendKey was a serviced I selected twice, to include the present. I have enjoyed phone calls with them to solve an issue because there really seems to be a genuine attitude of “how can I help.” I have also enjoyed very competitive interest rates and a discounted rate for ACH payments, which makes it a no-brainer. LendKey has been a fantastic bridge between my loan needs and a credit union that can meet them. The only critique I have to offer is that I wish there was a mobile app!

Overall good
I got a good rate, it was easy to consolidate my federal student loans, and it's easy to make payments and see how far I have to go. The extra percentage off for auto-payments is nice, too.

Misrepresentation on CU low advertised rates
LendKey poorly represents the underwriting creditability of major credit unions that are advertising low private student loan rates online. I've never had an issue qualifying for the lowest advertised rates ever on any type of credit loans but for some unexplainable reason I can't through LendKey's underwriting specialists even with an 800+ credit score and making over 6 figures a year. I've been in the lending business for a long time so if you have excellent credit and great income save yourself from making a credit inquiry on your credit because LendKey won't honor the credit unions advertised low rates since they make the final loan decision.

Fantastic
Quick, easy, and effective. All I had to do was fill out the applications and send it the proper documents. They were able to cut my term in half, lower my APR by 3.5%, all while keeping my payments the same

Worth it
Lendkey consolidated my loans at a lower interest rate. The transition from my previous private loan provider was seamless and easy. I’m thankful!
