The measure of a business is what happens if things don’t go as planned. I bought some beautiful premium glasses from Leightons recently and after a few days realised I wasn’t entirely happy with the lens tint. I spoke to Kevin at Reading and he immediately said they would change them. No quibbling, no issues. Cannot rate them highly enough and the range of glasses is fantastic

Elenor was professional, chatty and very knowledgeable - was quick, easy and worth the money.

Simple process. Made to feel very comfortable and talked through steps.

Amazing customer service after I damaged my frames. The branch manager, Kevin, was only too happy to help and he fixed the frames in no time at all.

It was a busy Saturday but he was able to fit me in with no fuss.

This was my second year and as first time I can’t praise them highly enough! Thankyou to all 3 wonderful people who looked after me with professionalism kindness & patience,(and humour) I didn’t catch the name of the first lady I saw, but she was lovely, looked after me brilliantly. Gurpreet again brilliant very professional & patient took time to explain my eye changes & steps needed,then I was passed over to Albert to finalise everything. He was amazing,very professional and conscientious, taking time to ensure my new glasses will be absolutely 💯 perfect.He even checked my prescription sunglasses and gave them an overhaul. They’re now like new! Thankyou so much. A very enjoyable experience, i walked out of there delighted. Don’t consider other opticians go straight to Leightons, best by miles!

I'd broken my glasses, snapping the wires that supported the lenses in the frame between Xmas and New Year. I asked two opticians in Reading about a repair, but because I had not bought the glasses in either shop they told me that they wouldn't be able to help. I wasn't too optimistic I could get the repair done, but nonetheless I tried Leightons and was very glad that I did. The can-do attitude was apparent as soon as I walked in. The manager of the shop examined the glasses, asked me if I could give him about an hour and refused to take any payment for the work. Fantastic – that's customer service for you. I'll certainly go back there next time I need to go to the opticians.

Brilliant friendly efficient service from Elenor.
I had ear wax removal performed today by Elenor along with a hearing test. Both of my children have had the same treatment this year by Elenor too. She is great and keeps you informed through every step of the process, continually reassuring you. She takes great pride in her work and in your hearing improvement.
