Poor service from Manager Andrew. Very condescending and patronising. Won't be returning. The rest of the team were fab.

Been going to this branch for years and always found them helpful and friendly and polite. Would recommend them for there good service.

Margaret Delaney-Munn has been fantastic helping me understand my hearing loss and the necessity for hearing aids. I was very nervous about them but Margaret was amazing at guiding me through the process.

I’m glad she did as it’s been life changing.

I had never needed glasses before and was put at ease with the whole process from having an eye test to collecting my new glasses.

Excellent service from start to finish....
These glasses are my first varifocal lenses and of course because of the price I have been quite anxious about making a costly error. The Gentleman that looked after me was very patient with my list of questions and answered everything very clearly and never in a "salesman" way, being pushy for me to spend more and more, which was really refreshing and gave me great confidence in the decision I finally made.
Collecting my glasses today was almost an emotional experience. I've not seen anything clearly for quite sometime, so seeing the world in 4K UHD in real life was a joy walking home in the rain, I can see everything near or far.
Service, price, atmosphere, selection, everyone 10 out of 10

Margaret Delaney-Munn very kindly and promly repaired my elderly father's hearing aid straight away without any notice.
Absolute stellar customer service (actually, my Dad's not a customer and it's not even a leightons hearing aid). Other companies wouldn't touch it because they hadn't supplied it!
Compassion, sadly, is apparently not "the policy" for many businesses and establishments.

Hearing test with Margaret.
Immediately after entering the room, Margaret introduced herself and made me feel very comfortable. Margaret was very friendly and explained the hearing test process, and put me at ease. The tests themselves were easy to understand and perform, and Margaret explained everything very clearly along the way. My results were also explained thoroughly and Margaret took the time to make sure that I understood what the results meant, and how things may change in the future. I cannot express enough how Margaret made the experience so much more pleasant and actually enjoyable, which is unusual when getting attending these types of tests.

My hearing appointment was easy and I was made to feel welcome and all questions I had were answered.

Though early, I was served immediately. New glasses handed over, and they fit perfectly.

Leighton's are always helpful and friendly. I wish to feed back particularly on my most recent appointment. I have eyes with a vast difference between them and was having problems, particularly with middle distance vision, with the existing prescription. Lorraine took great care in assessing the possible solutions (all of which ofcourse involved compromises). The final solution is excellent and I feel as if my sight has been restores to that which I used to have some years ago.

The appointment system is designed with safety in mind in the current Covid era. The staff are welcoming and helpful and make you feel that their only aim is to ensure you are comfortable with all procedures. It is a very calm, peaceful place to be, which is a real bonus in today's frenetic world, and you never feel rushed or pressured. I signed up to their care package, and was pleasantly surprised at how comprehensive and affordable the service is. The manager took a lot of trouble and care measuring and then fitting my new glasses. Very pleased all round and will certainly return.
