Fantastic experience with Leicester Executive Chauffeurs when they took our group of four to London for an MBE investiture. Great communication throughout and our excellent driver Martyn was friendly and very punctual. Highly recommended!

Took clients to Twickenham 19th November for the England vs All Blacks match. Very happy with LECs service. Very simple to organise everything went to plan. The driver, Dmitry, was very professional, polite and flexible.

Mark was very professional and courteous and made our day stress free.

We had Robbtake us to The Savoy and bring us home a week later. I am disabled and use a wheelchair most of the time when out and another so we needed the XL Mercedes. Rob was amazing! He helped get everything in round the wheelchair and my copious medications, plus clothes and shoes. Unfortunately about half an hour into the journey my husband realised we'd left our evening wear behind! Rob was fantastic and got off the motorway at the next junction and headed back as I called my Mum to pick the clothes up and meet us at Fosse Park. Nit once did Rob moan or tut or show any annoyance in any way. We apologised and apologised but he calmest us down and told us not to worry, it happens sometimes. Back on the way Rob told us to speak up if we need to stop at any time etc. We agreed to stop at the last services on the M1 because it would take just as long to get through the centre of London!The postcode Rob was given was wrong, it took us to a business area. We soon hopped online and found another postcode but that took us to the rear of the hotel! I finally found an email from one of the hotel staff and we tried that postcode and yay! We got there! At no point was Rob panicking or getting irate, he was calming me down! I get very nervous when I go outdoors. We arrived and Rob helped the doormen unload and confirmed he would he there at 11am the following week and wished us well on our honeymoon, which was very sweet if him. When it was time to go home London had had torrential rain and much of the city was flooded. Rob sent my husband a link to show where he was in real time, which was fantastic! Poor Rob had been on the road for 5 hours when he finally got to us at noon but he was still friendly and chirpy as he helped load the car back up. We stopped at the same services on the way home after telling Rob all about our time in London and what we'd done. Both my husband and I fell fast asleep the rest of the way home!Because I am unable to drive anymore after a stroke, I get very anxious as a passenger. I'm nit a back seat driver by any means, I just get scared is all. Rob's driving was so smooth and so good that I was comfortable enough to fall asleep! Usually I'm a bundle of nerves when I'm in a taxi or whatever but Rob is an especially smooth, calm and without a single iota of road rage. He was kind and helpful and chatted when we wanted to chat and was quiet when we slept. I'm already looking forward to him driving us back down for our anniversary next year!Absolutely wonderful service from the admin side as well. Everything went perfectly smoothly without any hassles at all. We double checked we had the large vehicle a week or so before our trip and confirmed my wheelchair would fit. Nothing was too much trouble with anyone. We will definitely use them again and recommend them wholehearted.

Mark provided a prompt and wonderful service, and took the worry out of travelling to and from our wedding seamless. He was kind, prompt and professional throughout, and very patient as he waited to collect us following photographs being taken. Good service from Mark on an airport run from Leicester to Heathrow while a train strike was on. Quality comfy car, enjoyable conversation, and door-to-door in no time at all. Would use again!

Awesome company - always use them when need quality service care and great cars. They really went out of their way recently on picking my Mum and friends up from Luton when airport messed up arrival board info and made sure they got home safe and sound at 3am after a delay. First class - Mark is great.

Great Service from Mark at LEC Ltd, communication was prompt and efficient, he let us know what the costs were, what the service would provide and a clear timetable from start to finish. Tony was a fantastic chauffeur, looked after us very well and made our journey to and from London during a very difficult time during the Queens lying in state easy and he made us feel secure knowing he would be where we needed him to be to pick us up. His knowledge of London was amazing and we worked with him when all roads were closed to get us home safely. Fantastic experience and we will definately be using their services again. Great service! I used this service for my bridesmaids & flower girls! They all loved it! On time, lovely bus and got them to the venue on time! Throughout the booking Mark was very helpful confirming times pick up etc and was happy to answer my questions, highly recommend this company and would use this company again 😄😄

I booked with Leicester Executive Chauffeurs Ltd for a trip to Leamington Spa. The service from beginning to end was absolutely outstanding.
