I engaged Mr. Karim to represent my company in a claim we made. Through his calm - persistent approach, he was able to obtain concession from the other side part way through the hearing, and to negotiate full and final settlement in our favour. Mr. Karim, having negotiated a favourable settlement for us, remained at the Court well beyond the allotted hearing time to ensure the Settlement Agreement was concluded on the day and in terms that ensured we received promptly our settlement funds.
