Ordered quite a few times from here now. Always quickly dispatched and delivered. Excellent service and very competitive price.

I was not give an option to pay other with super pay. And now I am looking at a message saying we are unable to create your account right now. Our team is investigating and will notify you once you can access Super. Although I don't use you a lot I am a returning customer. But the app just put paid to that. The time and frustration in having to try and do something new and it does not work the 1st or 2nd or 3rd or 4th time. Is not something I want to repeat every time I visit your store. Before this Super App thing I would have given you 5stars all day long. My bank just confirmed that the payment was made. But I am not going to download that app again. And since I have no other option to make payment I am kind of sad I wont be purchasing from you again. As in the past I never had an issue. Yes I know its not your fault its the app. But I did not have a choice of how to pay. Once bitten twice shy.

One of my favourite go to vape stores I recently placed an order and the delivery was as quick as always but when I opened the package discovered I'd been sent the wrong items
So got in contact with customer service and next day I had my replacement
Worked out fine as instead of having the hassle of sending it back decided to to buy it instead
Customer service is second to none

This was my 1st time using Legion of Vapers but they are definitely my 'go to' vape shop now, much better than another that Id used previously.
Good variety of stock at some very good prices, better than Amazon or eBay and even though it was a 48 hour courier I received my items the next day.
Good communication throughout and excellent service.

Amazing company never had any problems with making orders or delivery. You can even track the delivery my last few orders have been delivered in 24 hours to be fair and have a good choice of juice thanks for a great service LOV keep up the good work.

Received faulty mod, emailed them nearly a month ago with pics asking to return, and still no reply. Also beware of Super Payments when purchasing, as there is no protection at all from your bank while paying this way. Out of pocket and unhappy.

Been ordering from them for the last 2 years, and it was only a couple of weeks ago I had my first delivery issue (not the shops fault). 3 of my coils have burned out in a day, I emailed them and got no reply this is the 1st time I have had it with this company but the not replying to email is a big no no for me.

I order a recurve v2 from wotofo Mike vapes there vas 2 dual coil insulators in the pak. Then i order one more for single coil bud they sent me one more dual coil so now i got 3 dual coil and legion Will not sent me the single coil but give me 10% very bad very bad for this sh. it company

The customer service is absolutely great, I only use LOV. Delivery has never been delayed and communication is fast. All products have detailed explanation and if coils are required they have a detailed list.
