My Dr was over 10 minutes late for our virtual meeting for my new patient intake.

I expressed my lack of free time or ability to make appointments with my busy work schedule, she assured me that we’d get me some relief for my ADHD symptoms that are hindering my day to day life - and suggested a non-stimulant solution and I was very happy to hear we would start finding some relief.
At the end of our appointment she changed her mind and said for me to go to Quest for a full panel and then meet in an additional 2 weeks before beginning treatment. Although I was okay with the low dosage we discussed starting on, she insisted on this route to maybe start higher.
They never sent me the referral for Quest, and I reached out to let them know, with no response, and I’ve wasted $110 on absolutely nothing.
It seems they’re trying to squeeze out whatever they can from people.

I am so glad that I chose Legion for diagnosis and treatment of ADHD. The whole team truly have your best interest at heart. I felt understood and heard and included in designing a treatment plan that works for me. When I had questions and called but had to leave a voicemail I was promptly called back which I was definitely not expecting. I give them 5 ⭐️ because the WHOLE TEAM went above and beyond what I ever expected and I could not be more pleased and thankful . I made an appointment. Called several times to see if my medications would be a problem. Each time I checked, they said no problem. Today, the day of my appointment, they called and canceled due to the meds I take. Now, I am left with no medications left and no appointment!! Horrible company!!

What a relief to find a psychiatric provider that actually cares and makes you feel heard, while also having a really easy process to get signed up. 10/10 would recommend!!
