Their business practices are a little shady.

- As others have mentioned, most of their product reviews are written in house. Those that aren’t are solicited - they offer customers vouchers that can be used on future purchases for POSITIVE reviews.

- They advertise items on sale for deep discounts then don’t have the item. They will, however, try to upsell you on a much more expensive item and offer 30% off of that item. I ran into this with a vest. They offered me a different style vest that was 3 times more expensive than the one I’d bought, even WITH the 30% off coupon. They also lied and said the vest I’d ordered was discontinued. The kicker is that the vest I’d ordered is STILL on their site, in stock, but for $200 more than I’d paid. When I pointed this out to their CS Rep, she ignored my email and refunded me.

It’s a shame - they really do have nice products. I won’t be back, though. I don’t like being lied to and then attempted to be scammed into buying something more expensive. Horrible way to run a “legit” business.

Ordered a horsehide back in November. Within 2 days it was right at my front door! Staff was amazing and answered my questions within minutes. When I tell you the material is legit I’m not kidding. PLEASE SHOP HERE (been riding in different jackets gloves and gear my whole life and ILL ONLY BE USING LEGENDARY FROM HERE ON OUT. #shop_legendary !

Recently put my shipping info in wrong like a dumbass and decided to call them, left a message but just to be sure I sent them a message on Instagram aswell. I got a text back on Instagram and they were super quick and got all my stuff sorted out! The best customer service I’ve had in a long time and I’m happy to do business with them. This company is absolutely amazing...Not only are their products made in the US, but they have the most amazing staff who will work with you and are super responsive...This company is what every company should strive to be...Legendary USA is a true gem...Legendary is truly legendary...

I have finally received my Cockpit USA Submariner G-1 Leather Flight Jacket after a 4-month’s order. Great jacket. But what a pain in the ass with Legendary USA which have a dreadful customer-service ! Along the way, they never came back with promised answers to repeated requests for order status : progress and expected shipment date. Two concepts that are alien to them. I had the feeling it was a scam on several occasions. Could they eventually learn from their customers’ experience ? As an operational excellence professional, and in line with their business-model, I would suggest starting with a CIT or Critical Incident Technique : a feedback technique developed during WW1, conducted after air sorties, in order to improve both aircraft and pilots’ experience.

Did order sunglasses for 300 USD and they shipped it to wrong address. I tried to call them, notvposible and very bad services! Not a trusted company as long I do not get an solution!

I recently purchased a bomber Jacket from Legendary USA, and I found out that it is made from good material and the price is reasonable. I have more items in my cart that I am in the process of buying. If you want good quality made jackets I suggest you shop legendary USA.

Totally bogus. The motorcycle jacket reviews on their site are very obviously written in-house. Embarrassingly bad. I've been riding all my life and never met a rider that sounds like the cartoon stereotypes they portray in the reviews. What passes for horsehide they describe as "buttery soft". There isn't a motorcyclist alive who wants this. Thin substandard product. A couple friends of mine have the original jackets which were pretty good, but this is ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

I should have read the reviews about this company before ordering. I ordered a jacket and waited for close to a month to receive it and have been told throughout this time that the item is still in production. I decided to finally cancel my order and the response I received was "The item is still in production but you will be charged a 10% stocking fee". Note that the restocking fee in this case is for an item that does not even exist in their stock. And it was not a special or custom order. If you want to receive what you ordered and not be penalized for not getting it you should stay away from this company.

I wanted to exchange an item and they were charging me $15 more to exchange them plus postage! I will never buy from them again rip off

Ordered a military style sweater. The sweater was made in India (haha, Legendary USA, right). The quality of the material was poor, and it smelled with a particular odor that was worrisome. I tried to return it for a refund, and I was told that only store credit was available. Of course I did not look at the fine print in their legal document before I ordered this item. I placed an order on November 30, 2022, it is now August 31, 2023, and I have not received the $486 jacket that I ordered. The $42.99 Jacket Liner shipped to me, but there was no jacket. Customer Service has told me many different things, that they were back ordered, that they are coming in next week, and all of it is nonsense. They've stopped responding to our requests for the jacket that we paid for, and was a Christmas gift by the way (in 2022). The last time I spoke to them, they said they would only give a store credit. Why would I want a store credit when they won't ship you what you ordered? This is a fraudulent company and I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Even eBay, who gets a 1.07/5 star rating from customers on the better business bureau website (eBay knows who to bribe) comes away with an A rating.

I bought this back on May 31st. This was a Father’s Day gift so I figured that it would be more than enough time to arrive, seeing this website states SHIPS in 1-3 business days. WRONG. I have made numerous of calls asking why this order has not been filled. I was told the same thing every time. “It would be shipped tomorrow” After seeing it still hasn’t been shipped I made more calls. Told literally the same thing. I told them I’ve heard this multiple times and was frustrated at this point. They told me they would escalate my call to handle this matter and I would receive a phone call back. No call at all. I called AGAIN. Told the same thing. No one ever called me. As of 06/15 I called and told the SAME thing and she insured it would be shipped the following day. I asked to cancel the order! I’ve never been ran through circles after purchasing anything. Thanks For ruining my Father’s Day gift. Will never recommend this website. So I ordered straight from the manufacturer.

I regret writing this review because I am a prior customer of Legendary USA and my experience was positive in the past. I reached out to customer service today hoping to speak with a staff member regarding my Schott leather jacket which I had ordered on 03-29-2023. According to the website the size and jacket was available for immediate shipping in 1-3 days. Since the jacket was in stock I was hoping to use it for an upcoming ride.

When I called customer service an overseas operator told me the jacket was being made and at least 1-2 weeks before being shipped. I was disappointed to say the least especially since it was “In stock” and shipping in 1-3 days. I told the operator I was very disappointed and needed to know accurate information on shipping or I would have to cancel. She said she would talk to the manager and get back to me.

I also sent this on a chat with legendary USA to try and expedite what happened with my order and to provide accurate and true details on when to expect my purchase. The response I got back was basically that the manager said your jacket was “weeks” away and I would receive notification on the CANCELLATION of my order. The communication disconnected and a callback to customer service was not answered by the operator. I felt customer service had gone downhill. I get that when you order something out of stock there would be a wait. No problem, however when it is IN STOCK your expectations are you will receive your purchase in a week or so.

I was very dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least. A good company would at least apologize and do their best to make your experience positive and provide accurate and timely response on when to expect your purchase.

UPDATE
On 04/01 I was contacted by Legendary USA customer service as well as the owner, Chris. Customer service apologized for the delay and explained that inventory updates weekly and unfortunately my jacket would need to be obtained from Schott around July. Owner Chris offered a discount for this inconvenience was very cordial and professional. I adjusted my initial rating based on Legendary USA keeping me informed and providing me with an accurate update on my purchase. I am hopeful this will be another excellent outcome from Legendary USA. Thank you to all at Legendary USA.

YIKES!! Buyer beware! Short story is they took my money, I waited 5 months & they did not send the item I purchased, then refused to give me a refund per their store policy. Long story-- I ordered a jacket in October 2022 from this company which was on 4-6 weeks backorder. In March 2023 they sent me an email saying they shipped my jacket- 5 months later. I get the package to find it is not the jacket I ordered. I asked for an exchange for my jacket- accidents happen. They said my jacket was not available- which was strange. If they sent the wrong item, mine should be there to exchange. I asked for a shipping label to send the wrong jacket back they said they sent one. I never got it. I asked if they would resend it and they would not. So I had to pay out of pocket to send it back. I asked for a refund for my jacket since it was not there & was told No I could only get store credit or an exchange. I said I did not want store credit I wanted the jacket I paid for. Then I got an email saying they would give me a refund (email stated refund, not store credit) when I returned the wrong jacket, which I did. They did not give me a refund. They instead gave me 517$ in store credit & told me I could use it to repurchase the jacket which is now 680$. I said again that I did not want store credit I wanted a refund or the jacket. No response. So nearly 6 months after I placed my order, not only do I not have my jacket, I lost 517$ plus the 24$ I spent to ship their jacket back for which they did not reimburse me. All because of their mistake! I will not be forced to pay extra for a jacket I already purchased & did not receive. VERY unprofessional. They are 100% in the wrong. The FTC stipulates if they do not ship the customer's item they must give a refund, not store credit. I have yet to get a response. Buy wherever you wish, but I would not recommend this place.

I ordered a vest but it was too small for me. I emailed Legendary USA with my concern and they responded quickly to my concern. The customer service is kind and easy to talk to, so my vest order was also changed well. The vest itself is very high-quality. Thank you so much Legendary USA for the best deal and experience. I will definitely purchase again
