Too many add-ons. It would have been a better user experience if I could skip all those add-ons from the beginning. Sometimes it was hard to find the "no thanks" and so many options before I could agree. I'm curious to hear your stats on the demographics and when people bail.

AHAHA you made it too hard for me to submit my answer by requiring a past date!! Too many steps and SO many call to action.

Where do I start... I used LegalZoom to create an S-Corp on 05/04/2026. I opted for the 3 payment plan for the Express Gold Corporation creation and all the pieces to finish the creation of the entity. After about a week or two I had my EIN, Articles and other documents. The one that was missing was the Form 2553 which is required to submit to the IRS within 60 days of creation. So, after another week I reached out asking about this form to support. A ticket was created to address the matter and that was that. A week or two later I reach out to support again asking about the status of this ticket and there was no movement and the support agent escalted the urgency. A followed up a week later and the ticket was mysteriously closed, so the agent at that time created a new ticket to address the urgency and need of this form. I follow up again a week or two later and they assured me the team was working on it. A reminder, during all of these support talks, the agent never really fully understood the LegalZoom process on how to get me this form and they clearly needed to google what this form was. Following the end of my 3rd payment, I finally receive a welcome binder in the mail, a check list and the form 2553 for me to fill out, return to legalzoom and they will submit to the IRS. Mind you, I received this welcome binder AFTER the 60 day due date around 07/08/2026. So, by the time they got the form and reviewed it was obviously after the IRS deadline and I get an email stating the cant submit and i need to contact the IRS directly. So, in summary, 5-6 times reaching out to support about this form to finally get the form and submit it late, then when I reached out to them about reimbursement or some level of recognition of the error, there was no support, assistance, or anything. When I tried to explain the issue, they said they couldn't help me because the ticket regarding the missing document was close, there was no recognition that they sent me the welcome binder later which resulted in the late filing to the IRS, there was no accountability to support to help address this error.

So far, everything is working out just fine. Everybody is explaining everything to me. I seem a little confused at first, but that all gets straightened out. Everything seems very professional.

Great everything that l was expecting came with it and just about an hour of my time and we were all set . For me to get back l was doing thanks p will recommend you to others.

My problem was solved very quickly and efficiently.

They charge too much money for things people can do on their own. Also they claim ALL OVER THEIR ADS IN YOUTUBE AND ON TV that legal advice is included but it's absolutely not; legal advice is only available for an extra charge on top of already ridiculously high service fees. THEY DO NOT MAKE THAT CLEAR WHEN TRYING TO BAIT YOU IN. I learned later that I can easily start my own LLC for very little cost instead of using them for 10x the amount but I'll never make the mistake of using Legal Zoom again.

It took more then 3 weeks to get a revision to one if my documents
