Mega uprofessionelle, giver dårlig rådgivning og misleder en!
Har betalt 15.000 kr. for to stykker papirs arbejde, som højst har taget et par timer at udføre, hvor det hele var enten misinformationer, skulle laves om eller ubrugeligt. Da jeg kontaktede dem både ved at ringe og på mail, for at holde dem til regnskab, hørte jeg aldrig fra dem igen - SÅ HOLD JER LANGT VÆK!

3 of my close associates have had a very terrible experience with this law firm,you deliberately lied to them that you will refund but you do the opposite.People need to be wary of your organisation

My name is Akeem and I am providing this statement to detail the statement of sequence of events involving ZT Legal Group Limited , Mrs. , a lady who handles the immigration desk of this company and an individual introduced as her Managing Director / CEO , in connection with a family reunification immigration process to Denmark.

I engaged the service of a lady who handles the immigration cases in Legal Group Denmark (also referred to as ZT Legal Group ) whom I contacted for the purpose of assisting with legal procedures required to relocate to Denmark under family reunification application . She quoted a total legal fee of €1,600 to be paid in two instalments . During our initial exchanges, she introduced me to her colleague who presented himself as her superior and claimed to be the owner of the firm. He further offered assistance in securing accomodation in Denmark which he stated was a mandatory prerequisite for commencing the immigration process.

On this, i pursuant to the instructions , I transferred total of €4,327.50 to the account details provided. The payment breakdown is as follows :
Legal Service Fee (Advjace ) €800
Accomodation ( Two bedroom apartment ) -€3,527
Total Payment -€ 4,327.50

The funds were transferred to their company's bank account .

After confirming receipt of the payment, communications from both the lady and her colleague CEO /MD of Legal Group became evasive and inconsistent . The statements provided by each conflicted, and it became clear that neither party was acting in good faith . Despite numerous follow-ups, they ceased to take my calls and began employing delay tactics. Nothing progress was made on the immigration or accomodation matters. Their immigration staff ( a lady) later dissociated herself whereby transferring blame to her boss, that she didn’t personally receive the payment , despite her involvement throughout.

I formally requested a full refund due to their non performance and breach of agreement . Since then, I have repeatedly been misled by both individuals. They claimed that a refund had been processed but failed to provide any evidence to substantiate this . My bank confirmed that no such refund had been made.

Despite their earlier assertion that the payment had already been returned , after I posted a negative online review detailing the incident , was a partial Sum of €2,000 refunded to my account . This act strongly suggests they had misappropriate the funds intended for securing accommodation. They then informed me that the remaining €2,327.50 would not be refunded claiming it had been expended on services rendered - namely , unsuccessful efforts to find accommodation, which had not been disclosed or agreed upon. It is also funny that cost of accommodation was said to be used as an expenses . Sumali Fernando later reaffirmed this position on a recorded phone call, clearly relaying her colleagues message without apology or justification. After I posted a second online review reflecting this conduct , they again contacted me with promises to full reimbursement and pleaded for the review to be removed. I complied and took down the review in good faith yet no further payments were made . They missed multiple self imposed deadlines for refund and eventually blocked all communication .

Further , it is apparent that their staff ( the lady ) has engaged in writing or commissioning false positive online reviews to mislead more innocent clients . The only sincere reviews are the negative ones. It is clear this pattern of conduct is not isolated .These individuals frequently respond to complaints with threats, inducements to delete reviews.

After filling a report with the Danish Police , I was informed that mine was not the first complaint against ZT Legal Group Limited for similar conduct.

I possess and willing to provide all supporting materials , including ,
Bank transfer receipts , WhatsApp correspondence, email exchange , voice recordings , screenshots of online reviews and threat received from Sumalis boss.

It is my sincere intention to warn others against engaging with ZT Legal Group Limited, the lady and her boss. Their action constitute clear evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, and professional misconduct on the part of the lady who handles the immigration that allowed herself to be used as a tool of fraud by one illiterate man who set up the company .

Terrible company Sumali Fernando why haven't I received what I paid for? Thieves running this organization avoid them like a plaque

Legaldenmark har hjulpet mig med en immigrationsag som gjorde at jeg fik statsborgerskab. Super forløb og rigtig god behandling.

Hold jer langt væk. Legal Danmark skulle hjælpe med en forsikringssag. Da honorar på kr 12.000 var betalt, skete der intet udover, at den tilknyttede advokat lagde sagen fra sig og forlod firmaet, fordi hun ikke fik sin løn/honorar fra firmaet. Nu sker der intet udover en lang sludder for en sladder.
I henhold til svar fra Legal Danmark netop nu, vil jeg lige opdatere.
De skriver - at skadelidte har skrevet, at han ikke længere ønskede, de tog sig af sagen. Det passer ikke. Han har derimod skrevet til forsikringsselskabet, at han trak fuldmagt til legal Danmark tilbage. Det vel at mærke for kun en time siden.

Hvis i skal have hjælp til boskifte, arv og skøde så hold jer langt væk. Skøde har været undervejs i 4 måneder, endte med en tvangsopløsning, skøde givet videre til et andet advokatfirma som ikke havde lyst til at røre det da de ikke tjente noget på at lave skødet færdig, da Legal Dk havde fået penge for skødet. Nu har jeg hyret en 3. Advokat til mit skøde. Hele min sag (boskifte) har jeg måtte holde juristen til ilden, tjekke op hele tiden på hendes arbejde, som jeg har hyret hende til. Meget ringe jurist arbejde, er total rystet.
Og NEJ det passer ikke jeg ikke har afleveret det jeg skulle, det var jeres nem-id til skødet der ikke virkede..løgner!!!!!!!!!hvorfor i måtte kontakte en anden advokat til jeres arbejde..

I was blackmailed to get me to remove my prior honest reviews which I wrote to prevent this company from scaming more people. The blackmail was that they would not help me further if I didnt remove my review. Turned out they could not help me further in any case. Scam company. Here is my prior review:
I have paid 15000 kr for a danish citizenship application and was told it would take 2 months. My mom paid the same amount and recieved the same lie. They also told us they were very good and almost guaranteed that this would be approved. Today I got a rejection on the application about 2 years later! Very dissapointing! There was a cheaper option before I payed in the amount of 6000 kr. My mom and I went for legaldenmark as they promised a faster and better service which was a complete lie. Go for the cheaper and probably better and more honest options out there.

I originally called Legal Denmark after visiting their website where they listed that they had over 12 international offices outside of Denmark. I was interested in speaking with someone from their London office but when I called them they were very reluctant to introduce me to anyone outside of their Danish office, its frustrating companies lie about things like this as it is very deceiving and I am not convinced that they have an actual physical office abroad.

When I made my initial call with Sumali and the manager who is called Z.T., they were very unclear with the information they provided and also told me things about the way the case had to be managed out from Denmark which I later found out was a complete lie after verifying it with other legal experts.

I had several people reach out to me from this company over the space of a week, and didn't get anywhere other than getting my time wasted which was seriously frustrating as I was keen and ready to start my case ASAP.

Please avoid this company if you're internationally based, as they were very unreliable with communication but very keen and upfront to ask for power of attorney info and payment upfront.

Something doesn't feel right about this company so please just make sure you do your research, so that you also don't get let down or have your time wasted.

Very good experience having Rabia work on my family reunification appeal case.
