Absolutely shocking communication. Dismissive to the point of arrogance and rudeness. Issues cannot be resolved as the staff (when they eventually do finally respond to you) just pass the buck from one person to the next. Staff turnover rate is shocking.
Seriously considering moving my properties to an alternative management company.

really poor communications. they have been over charging me on the management fees, incorrectly charging me NRL tax. When I have queried this with them the communications stopped. Trying to follow up and phone them and I am forever caller number 2

If Legacie had responded to returning my tenant deposit for about 2 months now it would not be an outstanding payment. It only aligns with your practice of late rent payments

I have just made an offer on an apartment to rent at Element. It was only 20 mins walk from Lime Street station and past many shops and local services. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photographs. The communal areas are impressive and immaculately clean and spacious. An excellent range of facilities. I was most impressed by the letting agent (Emily Wood) who was very professional and responded quickly to all my emails and enquiries prior and post viewing. Excellent service. I am happy and looking forward to my daughter moving into this complex next week whilst she has a work placement in Liverpool.

The Legacie team do not respond to emails. They do not actively management your property! If after a week someone responds you get sent from one person to the next with your queries remaining outstanding.
You as the owner need to inform them about you not receiving your rental.
Legacie is the most unprofessional disorganised letting agency I have ever work with.

Really good company and great communication. I understand they’re currently short staffed so there was a bit of a delay in the process of moving in however as soon as it started it was smooth and everything was sorted within 48 hours. Really happy.
