Responsive rental management and good concierge service. (Stayed at Prestige).

Overall experience has been positive. There were a couple of teething issues early on with missed payments which needed chasing and Legacie didnt seem to know that the first tenant was leaving the property so i was left a few months with no rental income. However particularly since jordan came onto the account things have been much better, and communications from him are always timely and clear. Would be 5 stars.

Jordan Geyser has been really helpful in the process of renewing my tenancy. Jordan has replied promptly to all of my queries and made the process as smooth as possible. Really appreciate Jordan’s assistance.

Been dealing with the company for over a year now, it has improved a lot over the past few months. Liam, Abby and Jordan are super helpful and very responsive, they go the extra mile to assist. They three of them even reply during their off days.

I paid my service charges 9th September. £1,554.46 by bank transfer.
It's now 4th December. Still getting demands. Over 5 Emails and 6 phone calls. Today waited on hold for 45 minutes.

I’ve just moved into my new home through Legacie Lettings and Management, and I’m really pleased with how smooth and straightforward the whole process was. My agent, Sophie Upton, was brilliant from start to finish – always responsive to emails and calls, clear in explaining each step (from viewing and application to referencing and signing the contract), and genuinely friendly and professional throughout. Everything was well-organised, the paperwork was simple, and key collection was hassle-free with no last-minute surprises. Renting can often be stressful, but Sophie and the team at Legacie made it feel easy, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

Emma, our property manager in Liverpool is very efficient in sorting issues. I have called her several times to tell her about issues, such as fire alarm going off, elevator is beeping as it had issues or that we needed new green button to open the main automatic door as it was giving up. All sorted on the same (within hour or so) or next day depending on urgency. Highly recommend Emma- thank you again.

Jordan was super helpful, very fast in responding to emails and was able to help with my query to find a suitable plumber to help with an issue in my flat within a few minutes.
