Great customer service
Great customer service. I had just ordered my first lederhosen and realized I had missed adding the free shirt to my order. I reached out to their customer service and Catherine was a big help in fixing the issue and gave me advice on how everything fit together. I'm very excited to get the product and felt like everything was for a really good price.

Customer Service took care of me
I'm in the US and I ordered two lederhosen of identical size (German 58), but due to one being suede and the other regular leather, they fit differently. The suede was loose and the regular leather very tight. I sent back the ill-fitting pair to a US location and my measurements to customer service and very quickly they sent me a pair of the same design & material that fits great (German 60 FYI). Customer service was extremely helpful at every stage. Would definitely order again.
