Like working in daylight
Couldn't be happier with the two sets of lights. They make the yard safe on dark nights. TBH one set might have been sufficient but brighter is better

I order my product no.19741 10 days ago and have had no information about when it will be delivered. I have received 2 invoices and 2 emails for reviews but no product or any idea of when it might arrive.

They don't want deliver the materials amd no response.
I haven't received the materials yet.
I have paid extra money for the delivery however I haven't received the materials.
I've contacted them many occasions however no answer.
They don't want to return the money back.

Hi Jay,
Your review is very misleading. The product you purchased was never promised on a next day delivery service, it would have been if you had ordered the standard version but you didn't, you ordered the dimmable version meaning the luminaires had to go through production to have the drivers swapped. This was explained to you over the phone when you called before you placed your order, we are sorry you did not listen to us.
We are also sorry that we only work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and we were not available to answer your calls over the weekend.
Your order was refunded before 10am this morning (Monday), again, we are sorry we couldn't do this sooner, we do not work over the weekends.
We hope you can find what you are looking for elsewhere.
The product was falsely advertised!!!
The product was falsely advertised and when questioned they didn’t care.
the website clearly shows a picture of the remote to control the led light sensor bought with the light. The package even has the instructions in the box for the remote, but when questioned they denied that the remote (which is critical to controlling the sensor, it’s not an optional extra) isn’t included. Complete load of bollocks. Pictures can be provided of the website and Instructions

Thank you for your review. The product you have purchased does not come with the remote control. There is an image of the remote control on the product page as you have mentioned, this is so customers know which remote control to order. The remote control is advertised alongside the product you purchased in the same category and nowhere in the product description of the product you purchased does it say that the remote is included. We will take your review onboard and edit the product listing to avoid this happening again in future.
Please contact our sales office on Monday and we will try and get this resolved for you.
