We order from Switzerland und it was really really fast.

We had a great experience at the Windsor Blacksheep, the staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. Naveen was really sweet and was a great server. Great atmosphere for studying.

Staff is incredible and extremely helpful. I am disable and get confused very easily. Staff talked me through everything and gave me exactly what I was after even though I didn’t explain it very well. They also gave me my order for free. They are so lovely and great with kids also. 10/10 I will be coming back

I really like the flavour of Black Sheep’s Robusta revival coffee. Ordered online several times with no issues.

Cancelled subscription but still taking money.
Although I cancelled a subscription I never set up today the company has debited my account again. Guess what they want you to cancel for each individual item. It is such a scam set up designed to trick you into purchases you don’t intend on making. This has put me off the entire company awful service!!!

I reached out and no response.

Repulsive mocha, powdery, bitter, with slimy surface. My friends hot chocolate was lukewarm-warm and unpleasant flavour. Only time I’ve been to a black sheep place, absolutely will not be back.
Shop itself is soulless, cold and uncomfortable seats.

Friggin love you but I wish It were cheaper

Dropped into the coffee shop for a cup and it was so good I had to buy a bag of beans for home. The Robusta is superb. High caffeine, low acidity and all the dark roast flavours. Highly recommend.

Great coffee reasonable prices and fast delivery.

What can I say but 100% to all my regular servers here in the Luton Point Shopping Centre! I’ve been coming to this shop since its opening day. The service is top notch as if I still worked in central London! It must not be easy here in Luton as I’ve seen how professionally he handled a disgruntled customer. I know that my visits are not taken for granted as I’m always met with a warm welcome.
This is my safe space as a female. Seeing how busy this cafe gets and how Black Sheep attracts all young/ old/ families / office staff etc. I can’t think of a better place for me to chill in .? WELL DONE TO ALL THE STAFF IN THE LUTON TOWN SHOPPING CENTRE !!!

Ordered coffee easily and then machines went into automatic clean mode so there was a 10 minute delay in getting the coffee. What’s more the staff didn’t pause the purchasing screens so many people left disappointed - just not a well managed situation for a service outlet at an airport

This ground coffee had a great aroma I had such high expectations for it and I wish I could tell you that it was the most awesome coffee I've ever drank but it wasn't it's good I have no problems with it it's just I was really pumped for it to be over the top don't let that stop you from buying it it could just be my taster and I think the company did a great job packaging it and getting it to me they seem like they're very very professional people I'm sorry I didn't love the coffee but I sure liked it and thanks Black sheep I'm glad I left the herd for a while

I bought these pods as I had this coffee in one of the coffee shops on a recent visit to London, but I don’t think it’s as good in the pods as I need at least 2 to have a decent strength, I thought as it was a 13 it would be strong. It’s ok but won’t be giving up nespresso pods for these.

Both myself and my wife have been coming to the newly opened Black Sheep at Broughton since it opened a few months back and I only have good things to say about the place. The coffee and food have always been fantastic and the staff have always been friendly and helpful every time I have been there. Always well worth the visit.
