Stopped for morning coffee & snack at Edinburgh city centre shop. Coffee was superb, service excellent and shakshyka wrap delicious.

Love the coffee.Quick and easy transaction+ delivery! It’s a shame tho I couldn’t order home beans delivery from the app.Missed on points.

No vegan food options, it’s 2026 not 1990

Ordered some coffee as a gift it came in a lovely box that I could add some snacks to ..my daughter loves black sheep coffee excited that a shop is opening near to us

My daughter ordered a cold vanilla matcha latte with 2 pumps of white chocolate it came tasting of a hint of gingerbread so we took it back and spoke to the people serving and they remade it twice and everytime it came with a hint of gingerbread on the 3rd time the person bringing it over said " I dont know what's going on we tried it after we put the syrup and milk in and its fine" we said " here try it I promise it tastes of gingerbread " she said " I dont know whats happeneing " i said " i promise try it i swear it tastes of gingerbread " she refused and we got told " are you sure all 3 of you not imagining it and we have made it 3 times " and walked off poor customer service and attitude we just left the full drink untouched terrible attitude

Great! Whenever my family comes to Edinburgh we go here. Great service, good drinks, but one thing, they're hot drinks are boiling and burn your tongue. I'm mainly talking about hot chocolate by the way.

I was ordered a large latte in Heathrow this morning around 05.00 with robusta beans and the girl at the counter given me a regular latte in a large cup and filled with more milk than coffee . I will not recommend to anyone as for 4.69 you could get two coffees. I'm very disappointed.

Got a delicious mocha in your store on Edgware Road.

But your staff was very unhelpful when I asked them if they had any plant-based cake.

So I didn't buy any.

Now by exploring your menu you have 2 plant-based cakes but no plant-based savoury or sandwiches.

Which is pretty poor when we are aware that Animal Agriculture is RESPONSIBLE for Pandemics,Climate emergency,worldwide hunger,deforestation,Biodiversity loss,air and water pollution,forest burning,flooding,ANTIBIOTICS resistance.....

Please improve your menu to be welcome to everyone.

Give a better training to your staff too.

Black Sheep Coffee – Chichester Street, Belfast

Stopped into Black Sheep Coffee on Chichester Street while visiting Belfast over Christmas. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent coffee.

Had a latte and the banoffee waffle, both were absolutely delicious. A perfect spot for a quality coffee and a treat while exploring the city. Would definitely visit again. ☕🧇🐑

Coffee tastes great, very fast delivery and choices, of beans, or ground, and some new flavours. Only thing is I only drink decaf for medical reasons and there is only one option for that. Family member introduced me to black sheep coffee and they have had different varieties.

Requested a pistachio late.
It came colder than the Thames and same colour.
Took stranger things too literally as I had a dollop of pistachio on the wrong side of the cup (the upside down I guess) and basically. Crap.

Love the packaging....

However as a surprise gift we almost ruined that xxx

I ordered a tshirt off the website as a gift, it arrived quickly and nicely packaged and looks good quality. I've not gifted it yet but I know the recipient will love it x

Unfortunately the beans ive purchased aren't quite to my liking, but I really cant fault the whole process and execution. I'll be back to try a different beans.

I popped in with my mam for a quick coffee today but we won't be back after nasty treatment from a staff member.

I ordered a spicy lemonade a day Mam ordered a coffee. Mam was collecting the drinks and asked for a straw - the employee responded by THROWING a straw AT her. My Mam said "rude!", to which your staff member rolled her eyes, huffed and walked off.

The employee was standing outside having a smoke as we were leaving - I told her she'd served/thrown a ataw at my mam and asked for her name - she got aggressive, told me I'd no right to her name and that she "just washes the dishes" and that she "doesn't serve people".

I went in to let a manager know, none were on. There was a lovely supervisor on - she told me that the employee who was horrible to my Mam is called Eimear. While I was speaking with this supervisor, Eimear stomped back in, stopped dead when she saw us speaking and gave a wave and a sneering grin over to me. Your supervisor apologised for this - she'd done nothing to apologise for. Eimear walked between me and the supervisor into a backroom, continuing on with "don't give her my name".

I'm not sure what else has happened on her day, frankly I don't care - if a customer is spending any money with you they at a very minimum deserve basic courtesy and respect. My mam was nice to her, she didn't deserve how she was treated at all.

I've worked in customer service or with the public for most of my life - there's no reason for that kind of behaviour towards paying customers. I would loose my job if I treated someone like that at work. I'd be embarrassed that that's how you are being represented. I'm sure it makes no difference to you if we don't return. You might be happy enough for staff to act like this but there's plenty of cafes about with staff who have manners.

Good luck to Eimear, I'd say she has a bright future ahead with an attitude like hers.
