My purchase had not arrived. I spoke to Martha and she apologized and said they were having issues with the delivery company. She immediately said she would send out a new order by express post and include a small gift to compensate. The order arrived 2 days later. Very unusual to find service like that in this day and age.
Amazing results on all types of leather. My daughter had mould on her gloves and a combination of the cleaner and the treatment had them back to new

Cleaned my leather lounge really well. Took off the marks left by sunscreen. It keeps it looking like new even though it is 11 years old.

When ordered the producted had to wait for 2 weeks for, and couldn't get any response from them. Send 2 emails and message on messenger on Facebook and no response.

Hi Alexander, thank you for your review and we are very sorry to hear about your experience. We usually pride ourselves in responding rapidly to all customer queries and always strive to get orders shipped on time.
The truth is that at the time we were not expecting order inquiries through our Facebook page and so were not monitoring it closely. This has now been remedied with Facebook being monitored along with our regular website emails and phone calls.
Additionally we tracked your order through the courier and it shows as being placed on the Saturday, shipped out after the weekend and received on the Friday. We appreciate and acknowledge that this was still a little slow, but effectively shipped and arrived in the same week you ordered it.
We hope you still enjoyed the product itself and will give us another try in the future.
Can’t believe how good my leather couch of 10 years looks each time I use this product. I also use it on shoes & handbags. Easy to use and sponges clean up like new afterwards. I would highly recommend this product.
