Leaselab Recensioni

Bryan my contact at Leaselab, was extremely helpful, quick and made the whole experience of setting up a new lease so easy. I have had well over 10+ novated leases in the past with various companies and I will be honest in saying Leaselab has been the best to deal with.
Thank you,
Karen Dillon

Alex was very helpful

This was our second experience, and it was even better than the first. Responses were prompt, and all our questions were answered thoroughly. A very good overall experience — smoother and easier than the first time around.

The customer service Alex blundell provided was unreal. super easy to deal and unlike some other leasing companies he is not there stuff you ova

The team for very responsive to the questions that I had, and the process was painless

smooth efficient process and incredibly responsive staff

Entire leasing process with LeaseLab was extremely smooth. All credit goes to Nicole for her excellent support.

From the very beginning, Alicia was clear, transparent, and professional with her communication. She took the time to explain all the available options and went above and beyond to find the best novated lease solution for me, especially considering my visa situation.

She also provided honest and practical advice about purchasing the car and accessories, which helped me make informed decisions and made the whole buying experience much smoother.

Alicia and the team were very flexible in coordinating with my employer throughout the process, making everything as seamless as possible.

I highly recommend LeaseLabs, and especially Alicia, to anyone considering a novated lease. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Good to deal with..

This was my first time arranging a lease, so I did my homework. The biggest lesson? Make sure you're choosing the right service for your situation, not just the cheapest option. Casey and the team did a solid job getting everything I needed done. There was some last-minute document shuffling, but overall I was happy with the experience. From my research, they actually deliver on what they promise, and that's not something you can say about everyone.

Punctual and professional service. Made the whole process easy.

This was my first experience with a novated lease, and I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Zack Adam was fantastic throughout the entire process, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. He made what could have been a complex experience feel straightforward and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend both Zack and the team.

Bryan Kuchel was sensational in his support. Was efficient, responsive and always kept me up to date throughout the process. This my second lease with LeaseLab and I cannot speak more highly of their dedication to customer service, both at purchase and across the life of the lease.

Alex at LeaseLab was very helpful in comparing quotes, reviewing the price in detail and helping in all stages from the beginning when i was looking for a lender for Novated lease.
The follow ups are excellent and very productive, highly knowledgeable and takes their time to ensure the questions are answered well.
I highly recommend their service for Novated Leasing

Great experience, very professional, the representative that assisted me, Kenneth, was very helpful throughout.

Easy company to deal with
Am recommending them to my work colleagues

Brad was super helpful and efficient when dealing with someone who really didn't know much about novated leases. He was also prompt in replies which was quite different from your competitors. This resulted in a smooth process that led to the delivery of the vehicle in the first week of July.

Was expecting the process to be a little complicated and overwhelming but Brad sorted everything without any hassles whatsoever. Thanks Brad and the Leaselab team.

Alicia has been helping me through the process and has been absolutely amazing with everything I’ve needed.
