Excellent communication and fast response time
Bryan was very professional and always quick to respond to my queries, taking the time to clarify any technical details that I didn’t fully understand. I obtained quotes from several providers, and LeaseLab’s was the most competitive. All in all, I had a very smooth and hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend Bryan and LeaseLab to others.

Excellent experience with LeaseLab and Brad
I’ve had a really positive experience dealing with LeaseLab, and especially with Brad, throughout the process of arranging my vehicle lease.
Brad has been extremely helpful, professional and easy to deal with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions and keep me updated throughout the process. Whenever I wasn’t sure about something, he was patient and happy to go through it with me rather than making me feel rushed.
What I appreciated most was the transparency. There were quite a few details to work through with the vehicle, insurance and final costing, and Brad made the whole process much easier to understand.
He was also very responsive and kept me informed as things progressed, which gave me confidence that everything was being looked after.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received from LeaseLab and Brad. The whole experience has been straightforward, professional and stress-free.
I would definitely recommend Brad and LeaseLab to anyone looking for a vehicle lease.

I had a very positive experience with the Lease Process.
I had a very positive experience with LeaseLab throughout my novated lease process. The team was responsive, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly.
As this was my first novated lease, there were several things I wanted to understand, including the lease structure, insurance, running costs, and vehicle delivery process. Every question was answered promptly, and the information was explained in a way that was easy to understand.
A special thanks to Alicia for her support and guidance throughout the process. Overall, I found the process straightforward and well managed, and I would happily recommend LeaseLab to anyone considering a novated lease.
