Great service and went above and beyond
Great experience ordering a car through Atul Soni at Lease Car Direct. I sent a request in and he got in touch with me quickly and worked with me to find the best quote he could and with a quick turnaround. Whenever I had questions Atul would get back to me quickly and always found a good solution to my requests. I needed to make sure I could secure a car by the Autumn and given the issues in the auto industry at the moment he got in touch with the manufacturers to make sure the order would meet my requirements. I even made a last minute change to the order and he was more than happy to assist and get it all done with minimal fuss. A great customer experience and I would definitely go back and recommend to others looking for a car!

Incredible customer service from Atul. Although I decided not to proceed with the lease this was not due to the company, it was due to a change in personal circumstances. Their deals have been the best by far when comparing with other leases. The responsiveness of messaging and keeping in touch re deals has been truly excellent and if my circumstances change I will 100% be going back to lease a car from them. Thank you Atul!

Thoroughly recommend, faultless experience.
I dealt with Harj throughout my experience with Lease Car Direct and I couldn’t fault him. Price was superb, communication always immediate (despite me asking a million questions), and the car is everything I hoped for and more.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harj and LCD to anyone looking for a car.

Fantastic service from Atul & Harj. Ordered a new Audi in July, through an Instagram advert. Delivery was delayed (due to manufacturer delays) but communication up until delivery was brilliant.
Would thoroughly recommend Lease Car Direct.

Helpful and friendly
Harj was very helpful and kept me fully informed throughout the process. He advised me on the best maintenance package and got me a great deal on a lovely Audi A5. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend his services.
