I had a great experience with Laser Learning. I completed my Level 3 with them . My tutor, Nicole, has been fantastic—always supportive, encouraging, and quick to help whenever I had questions. I had a really positive experience, especially after my previous online school suddenly closed down.
Nicole was actually my assessor at that school, so when everything stopped, it was such a relief that she opened her own online school and gave us the chance to continue instead of starting the course all over again.
She has always been kind, patient, and very supportive. Even during assessments, she explains things clearly and makes you feel at ease, which really helped my confidence. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions, and she was always happy to help.

The whole experience from using this provider was extremely satisfying very high standard of support and care through out. Very professional. I had to unfortunately re do this qualification 3 times as both previous companies went into liquidation!
