Fits the purpose
Arrived fast, was easy to assemble, perfect for what we need it for, however i ordered the black, and it does mark very easily! Some of it has already come off when putting it together which is a shame, but otherwise good product

The alun key provided was not great and…
The alun key provided was not great and was about 1/2 mm to small causing some of the screw heads to sheer before being in fully. The end product is good but frustrating in putting together.

Excellent product
Excellent product. Delivered promptly and well packaged. Tower easy to put together in a few minutes. Bought for a first birthday present and she loved climbing into it and being up nearer everyone and everything.

Great product but …..
Easy ordering and speedy delivery.
Great product and already in use but only slight demerit is the fiddly construction and diy putting it together- my husband is a great DIY person but he found putting the tower together a faff!

Refund requests ignored - AVOID
I requested an exchange (within the timeframe and terms outline) as the learning tower I ordered wasn’t height adjustable as I thought. Unfortunately I haven’t had a response to any of my many contact form messages, emails, social media comments and direct messages more than 2 months later. I’m now stuck with a £175 item I can’t use and have had to request a refund via my bank. I’m not sure if this is very poor customer service or deliberate avoidance but either way it’s not what I’d expect when buying a higher priced product.

I can assure you that we would never ignore or avoid our customers or provide anything other than the best levels of customer care.
UPDATE 01-Aug-24: we have now helped to arrange return of this product and have refunded the customer in full. Once communications were established this customer case was resolved successfully and without delay.

Great tower! Our daughter loves it :)
A really great product that our 17m old daughter loves! She quickly understood how to get in & out of it & we feel that she’s safe when stood up high. The only thing that would be even handier is if the locks could be hidden away or made safer when not in use as she likes playing with them so just hoping she doesn’t catch her fingers.

I was a bit underwhelmed when this came, easy to build with the help of my 9year old but has been wobbly ever since. My 18month old loves it but in my view not worth the money…

Hi Nicola. I'm very sorry to hear that you've been underwhelmed by your experience and you've found the tower to be wobbly. Could you please try loosening off the screws to 50% tightness, then realign the tower by pressing it down on it so that all feet are on the floor, then refastening the screws. This process normally helps to align the tower and alleviates most cases of towers wobbling. If this doesn't work then please email support@learningtowers.co.uk and we'll do our best to assist :)
Nicely made, attractive and flexible in use.
The learning tower is nicely made and looks well when assembled. Simple tools are provided but the instructions could be a bit clearer. We put the desk top in with the slide slots at the wrong end, but it didn’t take to long to take it out and relocate it.

Delivered promptly, easy to assembled and our 13 months hear old already enjoys climbing the tower (we are helping with the dismount).
As a bonus, the colour is perfect for our kitchen and the height fits just under the counter top

Good product, bad screws and wood quality
The product itself is good and meets the requirements. The real issue I take with it though is the build quality and the type of screws provided to put it together. The screw heads are non-typical and only the allen key provided matches it, but because it is so small and flimsy it made drilling each screw an incredibly tedious and painful process. The wood used does not penetrate easily too so the assembly took way too many hours. Please consider better quality wood and more typical screws.

Hi there. Thank you very much for your purchase and for your feedback. We're glad that you find the product is good, but we're sorry that you found the assembly process tedious. The Allen-key operated screws are compatible with a hexagonal drill bit for the experienced user, but we generally advise that only a manual Allen-key is used so that not too much force is exerted on the wood, which could compromise the product. However we take your point on board fully and will feed this back into the production and design teams.

Overall happy with the purchase and the service. There was a missing part in the original shipment, but it was shipped separately and reasonably promptly upon request. I did find it a bit strange that I needed to send pictures to show the mising part, but I presume they needed it to make sure the product was not assembled incorrectly. Our boy is happy with his new desk/tower so far.
